To cut the chase, please read this and other reviews. Do not get Verizon.. Customers service was very nice at the store but not to mention names i walked in over 4 or 5 times in a period of 1-1/2 years. never gave me a solution.'i worked on 117 and 72 and i had gotten 5 lines . Business Lines.. I Had no signal, i couldn't connect to the internet, received or send emails. no Pictures. the worst.... and i was in 3 year contract owning a large bill. never gave me credit nor discount for paying and not getting service. Customer service the worst in the planet, somewhere on the other side of the continent. not a clue on how to solve a problem at a point they will hag up the phone on me. i was always polite trying to get a solution or give them the phones back and be out of the contract. never Happened....also i had very bad internet at my home week signal and bad connection. this Year i changed to At&t they paid my phone balances i have very good internet and signal. my bill it's less than $200 for 5 Business lines.. i was paying a lot more at Verizon. and the worst Phone Company i ever had. T-Mobil was also good. well at least this was my personal experience. next time i'll make sure to read reviews on any change i make. and after paying all balances three months latter the sent another bill.. read more

If i can rate this store 0 stars I would. I was told I couldnt send my phone to get fixed even though it over heats extremely. Ive been paying Verizon Mobile protect 19$ a month for the years ive been with verizon. The employee directed me to the Apple store. I went to the Apple store, they questioned why Verizon would send me there if i don't pay apple care. On top of that he told me I wasnt ready for an upgrade that I hadnt had the phone for a year yet, Ive been paying for this phone since April 2024. This store wasted my time. read more

So, My wife and I went to this Verizon company owned store in Kendall back in June of 2024 to get assistance upgrading our older model Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phones, upgrade assistance on our Verizon internet connection equipment and also to switch over an LG V40 phone that was on AT&T to our Verizon account. We specifically chose to visit a company owned store rather than a Verizon dealer so we could better trust that we would be in good hands. Oscar was our Verizon sales person during this visit. He pulled up our Verizon Business account, saw how much we were currently paying each month and assured us that he could help us upgrade our equipment and save us some money too. We were quickly lulled into putting our complete trust in Oscar (and also the store manager who made a point to come over and introduce himself). We did receive TWO new Gs23 phones and a new updated internet connection router Fsno21VA. Oscar also returned our two older Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phones and that LG V40 phone to us without sim cards. So far so good, right?. Additional personal note: We were so happy (read as blissfully ignorant) that we actually "tipped" Oscar $50 cash as we were leaving the Verizon Store that day!! Now here's what I just discovered actually happened during our visit . . . 1) Oscar assigned new phone numbers to our two older Galaxy S7 edge phones AND to that LG V40 phone (all of which had been returned to us without sim cards). He kept all three of those old phones active on our account so each phone had a continued monthly billing of $54.02 per month. We've been paying for 6 active lines instead of only 3 active lines which would be correct. 2) Even worse, he set up NEW 36 month DEVICE PAYMENT AGREEMENTS ON EACH OF THOSE OLD PHONES (agreements #1344342639; #1366756411; #1372405117; ) with a monthly payment of $16.66 on each phone (which of course were totally paid in full). Additional Note: The store manager at that time was complicit in these fraudulent activities as Oscar was continuously breaking away from us to go over and consult with his manager. We are of course going to file a formal complaint with Verizon Corporate Headquarters and seek reimbursement of all fraudulent charges . . . read more

The worst cellular company outhere, they make look metro PCS a 5 star company, someone should be checking on these fraudulent and ineffective companies, bad service, bad reception, bad customer service, 2 star are too much. They came to my office and sold me a service for which they never did the conection. After a few days I returned the phones and rauder and cancel the service. Now they send me a bill for a $1,000. If you try to contact costumer service they only have answer machines . It should be ilegal to operate a business like this! read more

Stay away from this store and if you go stay away from Oscar. Why? Well I went there to return my phone because I had purchased a new one from Verizon on line. Well I guess because Oscar was not making commission he basically told me to call customer service and did not to deal or listen to my explanation. Then when I called customer service and got the lady on the line who wanted to speak to Oscar he refused to listen to her . Mind you he made me wait and wait and wait until he was free after dealing with other customers that came after me, instead of making them wait and finish with me since I was there first! All this took 2 hours! 2 hours sitting there to wait again until Oscar finished with the others. Even after I told him she was on the line he replied make her wait!!!!! What a crappy customer service. I will never return to this store ever again!! In my opinion he should have finished with us Speak with customer service and be done with us on a simple trade in. After this I am filling a complaint with Verizon also. Ps. It seems other customers have had a negative customer service experience and the store owner has replied with a generic ridiculous reply. Went in before close desperately looking for a sim card after my phone was stolen. I am originally from Ohio and am unfamiliar with the area. Jonas was absolutely amazing with helping me deactivate my new phone and giving me tips for the future. No one else in the store met me with the kindness and willingness to help like Jonas did. Late to post follow up review; after my not so wonderful over the phone experience with the store . I did have quite a different one once I picked up my watch. Finally after receiving my email the following day, I made it to the store to pick it up. And I must say that when I mentioned that I was picking up a gizmo watch one of the guys immediately remembered me and how heated I was. Needless to say my overall interaction at the store was quite nice and I was very pleased, and I even apologized for perhaps getting upset. When we went to pick up our new phone that has been processed incorrectly and it suddenly was going to cost us $150 more even though we had it in writing that it was going to be the lesser amount. My Dad wanted an iPhone upgrade. He had a family plan so because the sales rep, Ana was offering a good deal he asked me to join his family plan. I was planning on looking for a better deal someplace else anyway with unlimited data or at least try to work out a deal with my previous provider to see if I can get a good deal for unlimited. Especially since some of my coworkers pay less for unlimited monthly than I did with my previous plan without unlimited (with the kind of job I have, I need unlimited). I was offered all these perks for switching over to Verizon, offered credit for my old 7 plus, credits here & there she really made everything sound appealing. Very long story short, the rep messed up so bad that I couldn't get in my family plan and now I have to pay for an individual plan. Im paying more than I originally wanted, I'm really unhappy with how all this ended up and certainly not what I planned. Either that rep was new and didn't know what she was doing or she was just trying to make a good sale but ended screwing us in the process. I won't even get started on the 3 week delay for my Mom's new phone in that family plan; she never called to follow up & my mom would've been stuck without a new phone if she wouldn't have walked into the store! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON I went into the store on 117/Kendall on Friday 4/14 to switch my family account from sprint. Figuring I'd get better reception at a lower unlimited cost. 2 weeks later none of my lines are activated and now they say I have lost my cell phone number. The one I use for work. The same one I've had for 18years (since my first cell phone with Bellsouth/Cingular) this has been a complete nightmare involving 15 hours+ of being on the phone, being transferred from department to department and every rep saying, 'I don't understand what's going on with the account, I apologize' but fixing nothing. 11 in store visits (and counting) I have yelled, cried, hyperventilated and felt completely lost and overwhelmed by this seemingly simple process. I still haven't even tallied the money this has cost me. Since I'm completely helpless to help myself and my family recover our lines I thought I would at least send out a warning to everyone and anyone I know in order to avoid other people's aggravation. The service I received when I came here to shop for prices was great! We walked in through the door and someone was there to help immediately. He answered every single one of our questions without getting annoyed (and trust me, my boyfriend was asking a lot of questions!) Used car salesmen here. Completely wasted my time. I spoke with the manager on the phone and he said to come into the store to discuss a deal. From the moment I walked in the manager was defensive and placed the blame on me and twisted our prior conversation. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely terrible customer service. Lied to me on the phone and had me waste a trip to the store, then twists our conversation. No respect or consideration for customers. I have always gotten great service from Verizon and was totally stunned and disappointed with the service at this particular Verizon...Rego (spelling) was totally unprofessional and rude when I returned at newly received iPhone 7 which was defective...he caused me of breaking it, said he made notes on my account so that I could not exchange it said the charger broke in the port and I did it....he then went for his manager Leo...whose first question was "what did u do to break the phone" I called customer service who directed me to the location on Kendall Drive.
