The tech was very professional, he looked at the phone, gave me a very reasonable price quote and said to either wait or come back in 30 minutes. I decided to wait, well he was done in 20 minutes. Also we signed up for premium line so we Will be able to use at&t in Brazil for free since they have Promotion for 21 country in south America, there will be no charge if signed up on premium lines. One year later, we found out that the traded phones were not paid off with T-mobiles and they put a Collection on our credit! Their 21 south American country is not working and we were not able to use our phone in Brazil. We called so many times to AT&T while in Brazil and they tried everything and still no luck! We could not even call each other while in Brazil. On top of it, they charged roaming fees as well.
