There was nobody at the counter and when i put the package on the counter she did not speak a word just glared at me. There was uncomfortable silence so I said that it was an amazon return hoping to prompt a response. The girl rolled her eyes at me and held out her scanner. I had to figure out she was wanting me to put my QR code in front of the scanner since she did not say a word, so I did so, but felt very demeaned. She did not speak a word just gave attitude the entire time. When she put the sticker on the package she just uttered "You can leave" under her breath. I was so shocked at the behavior and attitude. They gave me a very good quote to repair it (Apple wanted $500). When I took it in they tested it and it charged! It turned out to be that I had two failed charging cables. I also wasn't using a power block as recommended. They sold me a new charging cable (and a power block) and I'm back in business far faster and cheaper than I expected. They could have simply done the quoted repair and made more money, but they didn't. I've been on Yelp for 12 years with only 24 reviews. The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

The screen on my child's iPad shattered on the way home from a road trip. Apparently, "it just broke on its own," according to said kid, but really, it looked like someone stepped on the iPad. Hmm, I wonder how that can happen, especially if you leave the iPad on the floor of the car like mom tells you not to do? Anyway, we called uBreakiFix on the way home, and we were able to schedule a drop off immediately. So we drove straight there and dropped off the shattered iPad on a Saturday evening. They told us it could be around 72 hours before we received it back. By Sunday evening, less than 24 hours later, the iPad was fixed and everything worked like normal. It was an amazingly quick fix on something that looked like it would take a while to deal with. We were very glad to have the iPad back (as was my child), and although it cost around $150 dollars, it was better than having to replace the entire iPad because of a severely cracked screen.
