Cricket's system is very outdated, switching from Verizon was a major pain for us. We saw online…read morethat we should be able to keep our numbers but that was not an option at all. Calculated an immediate savings for our family of five of nearly $300 a month vs Verizon however that was nearly a decade ago and times have changed. I have noticed the price differences for unlimited everything between carriers is seriously reduced. Cricket is still a decent carrier, offering good service with a top value compared to all other options. Going on 10 years with Cricket now, here is my verdict: Best wireless option for North America and doesn't dumb down to consumers or act like a snob like Verizon. Prices and coverage are fair, probably the only network with this balance. There is zero difference between what I notice currently everyday being with others on other networks. Every network has random dead spots, have yet to be with anyone on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or others that consistently keeps more coverage than I do. My sister has gone to Montreal and was glad to get great service and data at no additional costs or tweaks to our plan. The online account experience is smooth and intuitive for maintaining, tracking, and adjusting each part of our family plan. I am not happy with a five line limit. This is probably the biggest issue with Cricket. There's also no business or professional options offering faster speeds, enhanced 5G WIFI hotspots, or international coverage. I really want to see Cricket maintain its head ahead of the others in the next couple years as competition continues to evolve and bring in smarter better values options.

If I could give this business a ZERO I would! If you find yourself anywhere near this business, or…read moreare even thinking of entering this business , RUN, not walk, immediately in the opposite direction, The owner of this store knowingly sold my son a stolen (verified by Verizon) iPhone 5s for $100. When my son tried to use the phone, it was locked and could only be unlocked by a totally unknown owner so the phone was worthless. When my son tried to return the phone, the owner refused to take the phone back or to return my son's $100. We tried to work with the owner to explain the problem, but that only resulted in us being asked to leave the store. We refuse to be intimidated by this scam and filed a claim in Small Claims Court against this shop and the con-woman owner. I would suggest that you never do any business with this woman unless you are fond of potentially stolen merchandise that may or may not work, and you wish to never see your money again. It's similar to the old roach hotel ad, once your money enter her store and ends up in her hands, it will never come out again! BEWARE, YOU'VE BEEN FOR-WARNED!.

Let me set the scene: You walk into Deal Zone, expecting something akin to Gamestop. You're excited…read morebecause you've found gems at a store similar and you're always up for something new. You gently place your hand on the bar and open the door. At first, it doesn't seem so bad until your eyes adjust. You're met with this messy, unorganized heap of games and movies as far as the eye can see. It's dingy and dark, almost as if it's evening time. All of the aisles are small and there's things scattered below the shelves on the floor, probably things she's bought and couldn't find room for. You take a deep breathe and you smell dust, and recoil a little bit. You don't want to look like a weirdo, so you venture farther into this dungeon-like facility and you start looking, everything feels like it has years of grime and dirt on it. Everything you like is overpriced and you can feel the eyes of the woman behind the counter boring into your very soul. But soon you found something neat! A guide to the game series you love dearly and have been collecting for years! Yes! But the cover is torn off, and a little voice in the back of your head tells you that GameStop rips the covers off of these when they throw them away - so you know she has to be dumpster diving for some of this stuff. Gross, but you feel the excitement bubble up into your chest. You turn the item around to see the price, and it has none. You aren't deterred though, as you grab it and head to the counter. You greet the owner, who gives off this weird vibe, but you smile and say, "Hi! How much is this?" She hesitates, but takes it anyway. She's silent for a few moments, running her fingers across the back and turning it to look at every square inch of it. The silence is poignant, you wonder if she's okay. Until she looks up and says, "How about ten dollars?" You can feel your face fall as you realise, it isn't worth ten dollars. You offer her five, because it's obviously very old as the game had came out ten years earlier, and the cover isn't even on it. "No, ten." She says. You feel defeated as you ask for it back, so you can put it back where you found it. You aren't a monster, after all. The walk back is disappointing as you gross really old bloatware for the wii she's priced triple than what their worth, and foreign workout and children's movies. You place it back where it belongs. You leave feeling defeated, nearly decimating your pinky toe on the several hundred things scattered across the floor and wondering how on God's green earth she stays open.

HORRIBLE. Dishonest. I have visited this location in the past. It is convenient instead of driving…read more40 minutes to FW. This time I went in to get a new phone for my son. New girl said they were BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. The manager came over to help us because she was having a hard time locating and pulling up our info. So he helped from there on. He confirmed deal and they only had one iPhone 12 max pro in stock and would have to order the other. No big deal because I was only upgrading my working phone because of deal (I mean why not right). I had to ring them up seperate he said because of one needing ordered. But confirmed deal and even made me wait after order so he could file some paperwork for deal. Said 1-2 cycles and it would be credited each month for the term of our selection. (Payment term on the one we purchased) no problem. After 3 months I called Verizon directly because it had not credited me yet. They said they couldn't help because TCC is a subcontractor basically I needed to go in. I did. Spoke to manager ...he said no I remember you and yes you got deal. Let me refile paperwork because sometimes they don't take it for a small mistake. Waited 30 minutes to do all that. Wait a couple cycles and it will go off. And you'll get a credit for what you've paid so far so basically you won't pay since it's been a couple months because your credit will be so big. Then nothing. So I call tcc and speak to someone because manager isn't in store each day. Left message. Called next week left message. My husband and I go in. He said what?! I filed the paperwork. Let me do it one more time. Sounded down right confused. Filed paperwork. Next month nothing. I Called Verizon. After 2 hours on phone with their supervisor she called TCC said they needed to call me because manager wasn't in. I would hear from them in 2-3 days. nothing. Crickets. I go in there, he not there. I call again this time I finally get him. Literally MONTHS to get ahold of this guy who is only one who can help. (They never will tell me when he's suppose to be in because he floats between locations) Says he needs to do digging and he'd call me back. Guess who NEVER calls. So here goes phone tag again. -well one sided phone tag. Finally he answers (regretfully I'm sure) and he says oh the new employee who helped you made a mistake, you didn't qualify for it. She didn't know. Now you know I said he helped from me from about 10 minutes into our first 1.5 long visit. I said no way. I didn't even need the second phone!! Mine worked. He said he'd call the owner and see what they could do. So, I waited. I called following week. He said oh she's on vacation I haven't spoken to her. So, he'll call me next Monday or Tuesday when she returns. Never. Not a single call back to Me. Not once. It was then November at that point I believe. (March to November!!!!). I speak to him AGAIN. He said well The new iPhone is going to drop so we're really busy but I'll see what they're willing to do for you. We will do something because that worker told you that. (Eye roll since it's was him) Nope. No calls. So I call again. A guy said oh he doesn't work here any more. OF COURSE HE DOESNT!! I explain situation. He informed me well the new manager probably can't help because he's just learning cell phones but I'll take your number and have him or the owner call you. (This guy was nice sounded understanding but obviously wasn't gonna be able to actually help me) You already know no one called me. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again. I don't care If I had to drive 3 hours I would. What a joke. Had they explained when I first went into the store about it instead of filing new paperwork I honestly would have asked them to take it back since I didn't neeeeed jt. I only did it for the deal. Who wouldn't. It was to be free. I've never dealt with a company who clearly just doesn't care. For months I've paid for this while being dragged along with mistake will be fixed. I'm sure my name was passed on. I'm sure they seen it on caller ID and didn't want to answer. I'm sure the manager threw my notes away. I'm sure the owner did the same. Who cares right? They got their money. If your employee talks me into a deal they should honor it. If they MANAGER sells the deal to me they should honor it. Simple, they should honor it and not try to pass the mistake onto a new employee who basically greeted me and showed me some phones that she kept asking him about. This place is a joke. Avoid it. Don't go there. Don't give them your money-sad they don't stand behind their word. Or call a customer back! And also, I think shame on Verizon to a point also. But this is about TCC.
