Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My great grandson has waited 3…read moreweeks for his glasses. After calling several times and asking if his glasses area ready she gets a text today saying they are in. NO ONE told her she needed an appointment to pick them up. WHAT, are you serious, you have that many people waiting to pick up glasses that you have to make appointments and cannot assist a 7 year old and allow him to pick up his glasses so he can see in school. Especially sitting there for 15 minutes and being told someone would be right with us, NO one assisted us. every other eye doctor we have seen handles people as they arrive for their pick ups. Is this because he was a Medicaid patient and not a paying customer. Lord I hope they were not discriminated against because of that.

The efficient screening I get from the doctors and staff as I go for my eye checkups is appreciated. I feel cared for and seen as a person and not a number who is marching along through the office. That is important to me! Thanks Dr. McDermott and staff.

Preferred Eye Care is definitely the best place to go if you want thorough and friendly service!…read more I've been going on and off to Preferred Eye Care throughout the years, and from now on, this will be the ONLY place I'll be going . I had a visit last year for corneal ulcers due to poor contacts I received from a different doctors office, the doctors here were great! She also gave me samples to try, which was appreciated when you're on a budget! I've since been back to have a contact and vision appointment, and I've had no issues with any of the products they've given! Some of the prices are a bit higher but once again, you're getting a much better quality! Overall, the last few years I've been living in Indy and making the drive to Marion because that's how much I trust this company and the doctors and staff behind it.

I already experience anxiety pretty heavy with dentist so I said I'm not happy with this I don't want her to be my dentist if she can't even come in and discuss everything and please don't charge me again for my time because it's been wasted! It was horrible and that was Dr Jarrell so like I said maybe I chose the wrong dentist the other ladies that took me back and finances were fine. I would not recommend Dr Jarrell.
