I would rate it a zero honestly maybe I picked the wrong doctor but I went because my sister had a…read moregreat experience and with my history that's what I needed so I went. It took over a month to get in for my first appt and then that appt I got xrays; she told me she'd seen crowns last a long time as long as their taken care of and come back because she's busy and we will go over my X-rays and talk about the next step which I thought was what the first appt was for so then another two weeks and I go back and the assistant is confused as well as I was in what I was getting done cause I had no info or recommendation from the X-rays I had two ladies come in with financial things for things if I chose to do but no dr! I already experience anxiety pretty heavy with dentist so I said I'm not happy with this I don't want her to be my dentist if she can't even come in and discuss everything and please don't charge me again for my time because it's been wasted! It was horrible and that was Dr Jarrell so like I said maybe I chose the wrong dentist the other ladies that took me back and finances were fine. I would not recommend Dr Jarrell.

I was not told up front I would be charged for part of our visit. It was for a contact consultation. That literally involved 5 mins of time by the way. I assumed we wouldn't be charged that twice since we did that the first time my daughter got contacts. So yeah not very happy. Then I'm told that since she has a balance she can't have her glasses. Um what? She needs them to see. The manager was rude. So I wrote a check even though that wasn't budgeted for the week. Then we are told my daughter can't have a note for school because she didn't see the doctor that day. What? Regardless of seeing the doctor she missed part of her day at school to pick up her glasses. I was then lied to again and told the school has asked them not to write notes unless the doctor is seen. I said my daughters school name and the manager was rude again and said I'll just get you a note. I said never mined and walked out. I also informed her that they lost seven patients that day because we will not be back. I did call my daughters school and let them know and was told that her school has NEVER told anyone to not write a note. I would not recommend going to Midwest Eye ever.

Dr Regnier has been my PCP for about 6-8 months now. I have seen him 3x for chronic but serious…read moreissues. Chronic issues are much more complicated to treat than acute issues for a physician because even though you know what works for you-if it's a big boy drug-he has to prove he has done his due dillegence in trying alternatives first. It's frustrating because I've been through this song and dance 3-4x (I've had to move a lot-I'm a Travel RN) and while we are trialing I'm still suffering. When there is something out there I KNOW will work. But what I like about him and why I gave him 5 stars is because he works with you. He will split the difference. I'd like to work for him actually because he seems intelligent and well-versed on his meds and complex diagnoses when I've seen a lot of Family Practice docs who belong in like a Minute Med clinic where they have 8 diagnoses they can treat like flu or strep or a bad rash. He is pleasant, patient, ON TIME, doesn't (seem to) have a God complex like a lot of MDs I've either worked for or been a patient of. He is also respectful and doesn't make you feel like an asshole for embarrassing things you may need to discuss. He's cool enough that I felt compelled to write this review because he didn't have any and when I was in Cali and didn't know a single person if I needed medical attention you better believe I was checking them out on Yelp to see who I wanted!!
