The message was always the same "we want to confirm your appointment." When I complained about all of the interruptions I was told it is corporate policy because of all the people who no show their appointments. Not my problem. I have been going there for 15 years and have never missed an appointment. When I complained about them contacting my emergency contact for a non emergency I was told I signed a form stating they could call for any reason they saw fit.

I needed glasses and the optician, Amanda, was so patient, helpful and kind. Even the girls the checked me out and the office supervisor were pleasant and helpful. I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually had fun going to the eye doctor! Highly recommend

WHAT, are you serious, you have that many people waiting to pick up glasses that you have to make appointments and cannot assist a 7 year old and allow him to pick up his glasses so he can see in school. Especially sitting there for 15 minutes and being told someone would be right with us, NO one assisted us. every other eye doctor we have seen handles people as they arrive for their pick ups. Is this because he was a Medicaid patient and not a paying customer. Lord I hope they were not discriminated against because of that.
