I had made an appointment for my eye to be dilated on a Saturday morning, had to make the appointment 3 months out due to how busy they were. 2 weeks before the appointment I get a call "we don't dilate on Saturdays, that can take too long. We need to reschedule", only their next opening was 3 months out - why did you make the appointment if you weren't willing to do the test? This year, I have them do the exam for new glasses, go out and talk to the frame sales lady - not only do they have a small selection of frames, but the woman didn't know what the numbers on the frames meant (it's width, nose gap and length), So I tried to keep it simple asking where her wider glasses were - she didn't know. When I complained about all of the interruptions I was told it is corporate policy because of all the people who no show their appointments. Not my problem. I have been going there for 15 years and have never missed an appointment. When I complained about them contacting my emergency contact for a non emergency I was told I signed a form stating they could call for any reason they saw fit.

Dr. Wild had answered questions I had. This visit took longer due to the facility getting a new system. They had to put in all my information in the system as if I was a new patient. This was for all patients on this day. I love the care I have been getting over the years from this doctor.
