Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My great grandson has waited 3…read moreweeks for his glasses. After calling several times and asking if his glasses area ready she gets a text today saying they are in. NO ONE told her she needed an appointment to pick them up. WHAT, are you serious, you have that many people waiting to pick up glasses that you have to make appointments and cannot assist a 7 year old and allow him to pick up his glasses so he can see in school. Especially sitting there for 15 minutes and being told someone would be right with us, NO one assisted us. every other eye doctor we have seen handles people as they arrive for their pick ups. Is this because he was a Medicaid patient and not a paying customer. Lord I hope they were not discriminated against because of that.

I was drug tested and it came back clean so he branded me a "spice user". NEVER TOUCHED THE STUFF! I guess it was his opinion I got into a bike wreck and nearly lost leg so I could get pain meds. He did not care I was in pain and ran me out of pain meds. He has no sympathy and no bedside manner. He was kind of a d*ck. Told me I shouldn't be in as much pain as I was and that other patients with more severe injuries hurt less than I did. That being said he did a great job repairing my knee. I just wish he had done as good of job on my pain management as he did on my knee surgery.
