It took over a month to get in for my first appt and then that appt I got xrays; she told me she'd seen crowns last a long time as long as their taken care of and come back because she's busy and we will go over my X-rays and talk about the next step which I thought was what the first appt was for so then another two weeks and I go back and the assistant is confused as well as I was in what I was getting done cause I had no info or recommendation from the X-rays I had two ladies come in with financial things for things if I chose to do but no dr! I already experience anxiety pretty heavy with dentist so I said I'm not happy with this I don't want her to be my dentist if she can't even come in and discuss everything and please don't charge me again for my time because it's been wasted! It was horrible and that was Dr Jarrell so like I said maybe I chose the wrong dentist the other ladies that took me back and finances were fine. I would not recommend Dr Jarrell.

Today during a visit for a cleaning, I got new xrays and the oral surgeon (don't recall his name but absolutely wonderful person) took the time to sit down and explain why the surgery wasn't necessary and why he wouldn't recommend doing a procedure that is painful and not necessary. That is something I didn't previously receive from last last office I visited Carla, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful at getting me taken care of and making sure all questions were answered. Gave me lots of information. Went to get my permanent crown put which dr Murray did and he confronted me about mt review. Said I was misinformed and that he didnt stupidly try to put the crown on. I said ya you did. You pushed it up against i swore tooth. He said different Dr could have handled that differently. Well it should have been done differently so that I wasn't in pain for over a week. Seems like he didnt care about that. No he didnt say that but let's just say I won't be going back and I won't recommend them either.

If it was not for him I would give 5 stars. He won't allow you to speak with anyone else incision words "I do it all". Well he does it horribly. I worked in a medical office for 23 years and I saw right through his garbage but had already seen Dr Patel at that point. Now I am due a refund after I filed the insurance and he won't return my calls and my secondary insurance has not been filed. If you are cash paying I highly recommend Dr Patel.
