I am extremely allergic to poison ivy and sort of set records for nasty reactions. I had to go to…read morethe emergency room yesterday morning, was treated very quickly and very kindly with a prescription. The people were all super. The doctor was very thorough. My reaction to the ivy wasn't through though and I felt like I needed to go to the walk-in clinic today. Again, I was helped very quickly. By very kind people. The nurse and doctor were attentive, professional, and in my view, very thorough. I was given a steroid shot this time, plenty of instructions, and told the to come back in two or three days if there wasn't improvement. My wife has been in a lot of medical care in many hospitals in Los Angeles during the past four years and there are some great hospitals there. Parkview Wabash really impressed me in every way!

I went in for pulmonary testing and all went fine. The guy doing the testing was very helpful and…read moreinformative. The bad thing is the testing gets sent off to Fort Wayne Pulmonologist and takes forever to get results. It's the same with imaging that gets read in Fort Wayne. Is Parkview cutting back on doctors or just short handed?

I would rate it a zero honestly maybe I picked the wrong doctor but I went because my sister had a…read moregreat experience and with my history that's what I needed so I went. It took over a month to get in for my first appt and then that appt I got xrays; she told me she'd seen crowns last a long time as long as their taken care of and come back because she's busy and we will go over my X-rays and talk about the next step which I thought was what the first appt was for so then another two weeks and I go back and the assistant is confused as well as I was in what I was getting done cause I had no info or recommendation from the X-rays I had two ladies come in with financial things for things if I chose to do but no dr! I already experience anxiety pretty heavy with dentist so I said I'm not happy with this I don't want her to be my dentist if she can't even come in and discuss everything and please don't charge me again for my time because it's been wasted! It was horrible and that was Dr Jarrell so like I said maybe I chose the wrong dentist the other ladies that took me back and finances were fine. I would not recommend Dr Jarrell.

The staff are really friendly and the building and waiting rooms are spacious. Their hours are fine if you live around town, but if not, they can be challenging. After calling several times and asking if his glasses area ready she gets a text today saying they are in. NO ONE told her she needed an appointment to pick them up. WHAT, are you serious, you have that many people waiting to pick up glasses that you have to make appointments and cannot assist a 7 year old and allow him to pick up his glasses so he can see in school. Especially sitting there for 15 minutes and being told someone would be right with us, NO one assisted us. every other eye doctor we have seen handles people as they arrive for their pick ups. Is this because he was a Medicaid patient and not a paying customer. Lord I hope they were not discriminated against because of that.
