Went into Verizon to buy two new charging cords because I was tired of the shitty ones that you buy for five bucks at five below... I asked the man for two or to show me where they were he picked two off the shelf asked me if I wanted one black and one white I said that was fine and then went over and rang them up I paid for them. The black one worked for two days and then it was dead... I was on a long trip so I thought I would plug the other one in but come to find out it was the wrong charging cord and it did not work with an iPhone... He had told me he was a manager so I assumed he knew what he was talking about...xSo for $66.33 I got two days use out of the charging cord that I bought there. read more

Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Kokomo, Indiana

I've been in here twice for a couple different reasons. Great people working there and they were very helpful answering my questions. Highly recommend! read more

Took my mother in to upgrade her phone and the service was terrible. Elijah "helped" us and wouldn't even assist her in finding and/or putting the screen protector on or put it in the new case. My mother is in her 80's and knows about some of the technologies but switching from an android to an iPhone is difficult without help. When ringing up her accessories, he took her credit card to the back of the store and was offended when I went with him when he took the card out of our sight. I would never go back read more

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max. A couple days later, I discovered that the cord requires a different wall block than my old iPhone. I went to Verizon to inquire. When I walked into the store to inquire 4 associates were behind the counter. One associate told me that the price of the plug in is $17. One employee went to get plug in from back. When he went to ring me up, he told me the price of the transaction was $21.38 and I asked how much is the taxes on the $17 item. And he said well it's $19 plus tax. The other employees asked him "why $19, aren't they on sale?" He said he only discounts to military. I paid him $50. He wadded up my money and didn't count it back to me. I straightened out the money and counted it back verbally to myself. At the end of my transaction, I calmly stated that the customer service has gone downhill at that store. He replied "that's offensive" in a cocky manner. I asked for the manager was and he said "I am, we all are." I asked him contact information for the district manager and he replied that he couldn't give me that information. He then walked away from me and went around the corner. Seconds later, another man came from around the back and he said this is my manager and I ask him for the district manager's number and he gave it to me. Something is off here. How can they all be managers and yet one can give me the contact info and the other could not. I reached out to the district manager and have played phone tag with him all week. Customer service is awful and one of the employees is a liar. read more

I wish I could put negative stars. Don't waste your time going in. Just buy what you want online. The store manager will not honor the advertised promos the store has online. Even when you pull it up and show it to them. read more

Horribly long lines, and no one I speak to has had a good customer service experience in there. Last time I did an upgrade I hit the Markland Mall Verizon instead and was out with the same phone as the other store in about 15 minutes, just dont have 2 hours to go through the process. read more
