My granddaughter also had hers done in Logansport and it to needed redone. Sent in and replacement. Drove to Kokomo and screen was replaced by Matt .We were next in line had to wait. Ten minuets While there six more people came in. Brandon was the greeter he checked back with us several times . They took special care on the installation of the screen protector. The store I USE to go to was closed and this young man was there for us, not only did he walk us through the whole policy, but he got us a great discount and more features that the other store decided not to even mention we had or could get. I'm not the smartest man in Kokomo, but I'm smart enough not to ever go back to the corporate store that treats you like a number and takes all your money with no rewards. Kokomo goes to this store ask for Jaylin and walk out with your head up high knowing that you are well taken care of.
