I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.

I've had several good experiences with Two Guys but have been disappointed by my recent move with them. It was a two-day move: packing and loading on the first day and loading and delivering on the second day. They failed to tell me they were going to drop off a load at the new house on the second day before coming to the old house to finish loading and delivering, so they were at the new house with a truckful and no way to get in while I was waiting for them at the old house. That threw off the rest of the day. But worse, as I unpack wardrobe boxes now, I see that - despite my specific request at the outset that they NOT put extra items in the bottoms of the wardrobes - that's exactly what they did: crammed all kinds of unrelated stuff in the bottoms. Difficult to fish out, everything is wrinkled and disheveled, and I'm in chaos trying to sort it. I had booked this move two months in advance and planned down to the last detail, but I guess poor service wins in the end.

He would only bring I couple of sets at a time and remove the packing from the house until he was ready for the next set. He kept the house clear of clutter and did an excellent job doing the install. Bill was professional and polite. I highly recommend. Blinds are high quality and are reasonably priced. The only negative was the time between order and installation which is on the manufacturer end. Due to the nature of blinds they were manufactured in two cities and one manufacturer was backed up. However, to the Budget Blind salesman's credit, he made it clear of the wait time when we ordered.

The produce always looks bad and wilty like its been sitting out for weeks. The prices are approx. .60 -1.50 more per item no matter what you buy here... this adds up when people are on a budget this day and age. You have to watch what you're purchasing and always check for expiration dates. I noticed things on the shelf in the baking Isle that had expired 6 months ago. Usually I find most items on the shelf here have expiration dates that only give 1-3 months to use something up.... you are paying more than full price for things that you won't have the chance to even use it all before it expires. I don't believe I will be shopping any Needlers stores in the near future. I will drive 18 miles to go to the nearest Walmart or Kroger stores to shop in other towns.
