I am never treated like a valued customer but rather a joke that they gossip about where I can hear them. This is an extremely immature and unprofessional group of young men. I went in to pay back balance due of 122.00 and overpaid at 200. I was told service would be restored by an hour. Two days later and still no service. I went into to get it right and after being dismissed and mocked was told that I had to pay an additional 71.00 to even have repaired though I was not at fault. I have had absolutely no security with Verizon. My phone has been hacked repeatedly since I started with Verizon. They are not helpful, but rather seem to find it amusing. I had the manager look at my phone and turn on prompts that allow nearby devices to share although I had it turned off. This office is crooked, unprofessional, and inept.
