They promised I'd get full credit for my trade-in and barely pay anything. Sounds great, right? WRONG. Once I signed up, they forced me to switch to a more expensive plan, locked the phone for 3 years, and charged me double what they said. The credit for the trade-in is not applied the way they promised, and I'm now stuck paying way more every month. What they say verbally and what's in the contract are completely different. This is dishonest and deceptive. I feel tricked and regret switching to Verizon. Don't fall for it!

When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
