Not much to say except that this is a relatively new business, as of 9/30/17, they've only been open for three weeks. The location for this business is within the HEB off S Fry rd. Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. I'd definitely come back to this convenient location in the future if someone else in my household breaks their damn screen again.

I tech from the back came up and told us it would damage the case to open the drive and even to solder one thing will cost $100. So we should just throw them away. My sons face was so sad. I told them I'd pay them to just look. He said the diagnostic was free. Even better. In a few hours they called and said they could fix the 2 drives for $40. A week later they called and the drives were ready. The cases had zero damage. I was later told that technician was no longer with the company. So, I would use them again.

The screen was also cracked from a previous incident, I should mention. After going to AT&T store, they suggested I keep it in rice, then try to just file a claim with the phone insurance and pay the deductible. Long story short, I found uBreakiFix on the Samsung website, and booked an appointment right away. Within minutes, Joe was able to diagnose the problem and said to come back in 2 hours. He said it wasn't really water damage causing the issue-- I just needed screen repair. They probably did other things to fix it as well, but all I know is, they SAVED me and the phone was good as new in that 2 hours. I am so grateful for their friendly, fast service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks uBreakiFix!!!

So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
