I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would.
