I said who's in charge while he is at lunch and he told me no one. I asked for the Regional managers contact info to inform him that there is no management at that store. They contacted the person in charge and they refused to provide that information. The associate I dealt with was Andres and he was very smart mouthed and rude. Why would you ever provide your personal information to a location to no one in charge. I would highly recommend visiting any other location. Awful experience at this Verizon store. Would go to any location but this one. iPhone I just purchased had a defective battery. Within 2 weeks I came in to exchange it for the exact same model. After chatting with Verizon agent on line I was assured they could just swap it out. Charged me a $50 restocking fee and a $29 transfer fee. Then told me that they could not transfer my info from the defective phone to the new phone. I am still here after a half an hour waiting for my phone to back up. Run from this store to any other store.

I thought service was nice and they got through the people more promptly than I expected, so I give a healthy four star rating. We're currently going through a debate as to whether we'll change to AT&T (my preference), T Mobile (her preference), or Sprint (both of our second favourite), so any feedback would be appreciated. This store was helpful but we haven't found anyone who is willing to knock more than 25% off our bill and we need to reduce it by more than 50% to match what some of our luckier friends are paying for the same services that we get now.

Thanks to Dang my files, downloads, documents and drive are working properly and no longer spitting out unreadable nonsense. I can finally upload and download these resumes I so desperately need in order to restart my career after just moving to Katy. Dang fixed what was corrupted in the files, documents , etc. and taught me to spot and avoid corruption going forward. I know so much more now than I did before walking into my Geek Squad session. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
