In finally back with AT&T! The service is fast, reliable and perfect for our budget! Two plans, 16gb, iPhone 7s Plus payments and insurance all for under $165! I came from Verizon, paying close to that for one line with 10gb! Dana was great, friendly, engaging and she knew her job and did it well!! I'm addicted to my phone already, but when you go from the iPhone 6s Plus to a 5s and then HURDLE to the newest iPhone... the excitement is real!! Shop AT&T!!!

Avoid this location if you can. Go to any other location or several carriers within yards. Or…read morebetter yet buy you phone and there are several great companies you get much better deals on monthly plans. I have been to this location twice and both visits are bad. If you like slow service as the employees spend too much time talking personal with customers. Conversations that have nothing to do with phones or service. That can't even work and socialize at the same time as eye contact is important. They are doing this right in front of you as you wait. This is the place for you. If want to stand there for 10 minutes as they wont recognize you. This is your place. If you want to watch people walk out for wait and frustration this is the place for you. I needed something pretty simple turns out. I bought a new phone from apple but didn't have a phone line yet, plus if you buy from apple you don't have to worry about jail breaking or waiting for a year or more to go buy before charging carriers... (This is big as I am SO lucky I can change carriers anytime and don't owe a tone of money on phone forcing you to stay). Apple stated T Mobile should be able to help do it. On top both devices are t mobile. Work cell and personal cell but two different iCloud's. I finally get an assistant to help me. Picture a man helping you sloppy dressed wearing a sport team jersey oversized baggy pants and a ball cap. I didn't realize he even worked there for thirty minutes. Proper attire if East LA. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. T-mobile for not ensure training is completed or updating manuals on the basics of phone transition. Visit was at 6:30pm 4/1/26

Popped into this store today at the Brooklyn Station on Riverside to inquire about possibly…read moreswitching cell phone providers. I was very well taken care of by a young lady named Victoria and I plan to return when I have everything together and I'm ready to switch. I was very happy with the customer service received. T-Mobile is very competitive with their pricing and currently have some great offers for new customers looking to start a line. They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch. Thanks goes to Victoria for being very helpful and explaining everything to me in great detail.

I have a Motorola Edge 2022 256Gb Cellphone that I purchased with a bent screen. I came in with…read morethe cellphone and a new replacement screen and spoke with Mike. He told me he would give me a call the next day with an estimate of the repair. He quoted me a fair price of $75 to replace the bent screen with the new screen. The next day he called me and said the phone was ready. I picked it up and it works great, just like new. Many Thanks! Highly Recommended!! Mark C.

This man means well but has a lot to learn about professional accountability and customer…read moreinteraction. I took a phone in yesterday with a cracked screen in order for him to replace it. After he replaced it, I noticed that the battery would no longer hold a charge, and would continuously reboot every 2 minutes while plugged in. None of this occurred prior to handing the phone over to him, the battery operated completely like normal prior his "fix". He denied responsibility and argued with me for a whole hour while he was trying to figure out what was wrong with the battery. He even claimed that my phone was crappy and its battery was already bad by the time I gave it to him which is not the case at all. It held a charge and it certainly didn't try to keep rebooting while plugged in. Basically, he simply didn't believe me, and never considered or accepted the possibility that he may have damaged the charging port or battery connection, or motherboard component when replacing the screen because he said they were separate systems. He also said that because he "couldn't test the battery" before replacing the screen, he "did not know how well it worked" before the screen replacement, which was his way of insinuating that the battery was already bad and I'm using this as a ruse for a free fix for a pre-existing issue. Thing is, he actually could have tested the battery if he wanted to before opening the screen, it was still holding a charge and working even with a busted screen. But he didn't and he was using this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I saw that he wasn't going to be able to figure it out any time soon and I had to catch a flight so I demanded a refund. He refused, and kept on arguing that the screen replacement had nothing to do with the charging port or battery and his only argument for not having anything to do with it is that he's replaced many screens and "you're the first customer who's had this issue". Well guess what? I googled "iphone se won't charge properly after replacing screen" and literally the first result was an iFixit thread with over a dozen answers from people experiencing the same issue, with one user saying it's happened 8/8 times they've done screen replacements on the SE. The most common explanation from reading the threads is that he dislodged a connection called FL2400 in the logic board, which is common when applying too much pressure from the wrong side of the battery connection with a spudge tool. He could have figured this out in 2 minutes by doing a simple google search but instead chose to argue that he had nothing to do with it; I only found this explanation later at the airport. It was only after I threatened to write this review that he agreed to issue me a refund. But not before removing the fixed screen, and re-attaching the old broken screen. If he didn't issue the refund, this review would be 1 star, but this is the outcome I'm left with: I gave him a phone once and he made it worse. I gave it back to him a second time to rectify that mistake and he returned it in even worse condition. I used to have a cracked screen iPhone that held a charge and was still usable. Now I have a cracked screen iPhone that doesn't hold a charge and is effectively useless. And while I did get my $80 back, I lost 1.5 hours of my time and countless words of arguing to a man who was careless in his trade and in utter refusal to consider that mistakes like these are possible for him, let alone take responsibility for them. I suggest anyone reading this to take their phone to a more professional operation, both in terms of technical skill and people skills. (FYI, the first 5 star review below is fake. It's by the business owner himself. His name is Mike, I know because it's on his business card. As far as I know this is the first real review)
