I visited this location for the first time today and it was not a pleasant experience. My screen…read moreprotector needed to be placed and we have that great T-Mobile insurance that covers screen protectors. I was told that under my account it showed the wrong screen protector replacement. Ok. Well as they can see I have insurance, I only have this phone activated on my number and qualify for a replacement. The associate seemed uncertain so popped her head in the back to, who I'm guessing is a manager. She comes back out and tells me I have to go back to whatever store I ordered my last screen protector from and she can't help me. I find this silly as this wasn't my error it was an associate error, or atleast that's was it seems to be. This was irritating but whatever, more irritating was during this banter my toddler was needing to use the bathroom. If anyone has potty trained before you already know how quickly 'i need to go potty' can turn into an 'uhoh'. I was told she could not use the bathroom and to wait. I said well i can't. Then who I'm Assuming is the manager comes out and tried to handle the situation and tells me that another store messed up and they can't help me. By the time i left i was fuming as i would have probably been ok with the screen but their disregard For customer service mixed with the lack Of empathy was a completely turn off and i would never recommend this store. At the end of the day, I pay $10 extra a month for insurance to be able to replacement my protector and was turned away, which according to 3 other stores I called since my visit to Huntley T-Mobile, should have not happened.

There was a gentleman waiting in line behind us for at least 30 minutes with no assistance. You could smell weed every time the back room door was opened. The manager and her boyfriend were apparently back there smoking. The manager never came out to assist so the poor man just waited even though we offered to let him get help ahead of us. The employee said once she's in a screen setting up phones she can't get out to help someone else. There are no actual computers set up in the store to assist customers and they had extremely limited stock. Looked closed when we approached. Very strange business, I wouldn't recommend.

Just walked in to get more screen protector replaced and I was unsure when the location closed and apparently it closed at 7:00pm and I walked in at 7:01pm and I stood there figuring out my phone model and what I needed and I had two women just stare at me like I was crazy and after I stood there figuring out what I needed they gave me attitude and let me know they were closed. Didn't even bother to tell me as soon as I walked in or ask what I needed help with. I will get their names and put them on here as soon as I get them. The customer should be the top priority and as for these two women they did not care one bit. Please go to any other location if you need. But shoutout that one guy that carries this location you know who you are.
