Corporate promised it, then sided with the store, then went silent. You still want me to drive back so you can "fix" a screen that already works. That's not service. This a prime example of how honest advertising should be applied: Picture this on your tv : If your already a customer and dealt with unbelievable amount of backwards BS ,...Come on in! and let us take advantage ...errrrrr, im sorry, i mean rather take advantage of the newest offers on items you cant afford!! We understand you are a hard working citizen, with half of your check being taken by the government, thats why we're here today offering to take the other half of your pay for by having you purchase a phone that cost as much as your rent! and we are here to pretend we care by offering your only alternatives our vast variety of OUTMODES! THATS RIGHT! our expired shelf life, outdated outmodes! By that we mean their a year old and the phone cant fly you to work yet so its no longer useful!! But we guarantee we'll have you paying hundreds, for something already depreciating in value as soon as its purchased. We also offer you ....unlimited text, talk and 5 g data working. ( 5 g only available for approximately 2 3 days worth out of the 30 day plan ) and we have the widest network coverage! Youll be joining in with the other billions of customers overloading cell tower signals which means NOONE can get a signal during peek hours or holiday's! If you act now...in addition to that, for your continued loyalty to our bogus company intent and advertising, you can get up to 500 off discount on adding a new line on your plan .( only for that specific line and phone) And lastly you'll receive absolutely NO benefits, rewards, or incentives for remaining with our company despite all of the setbacks we've caused. So hurry in, were excited to screw you over and add more bs to your life and phone bill as we renew your contract over for an additional two years as a bonus for falling for our BS ! *Cut * Cue in company new logo..* . If you enjoy talking it in the T- hole try or continue service with T- mobile! IDK BOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT ....THIS SHOULD BE HOW YOU ADVERTISE! HONESTY....ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY!

I waited for over an hour while the clerks fumbled around trying to transfer the stored pictures and such from the old to the new phones with little luck. The manager told one customer that if they bought more storage then they could transfer the information. Then it was the extended warranty that they didn't want but she kept pushing. Then it was the T mobile internet which they didn't want and again she kept pushing. The other clerk couldn't get the new phone to sync with the old so the manager tried to get him to buy an upgrade. I am not kidding, I left after waiting for over an hour. I have bought cars faster than this. Update, I went to the Crystal Lake store, they had at least 12 customers in the store. In less than 30 seconds, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I said I think I need a new sim card and the greeter said it would be a few minutes. I sat down, (the store in Wauconda has no chairs), and within 10 minutes a clerk was helping me. Total time in Crystal Lake, about 20 minutes. 5 stars for the Crystal Lake store.

Instead, they shipped me a pink iPad and told me color "isn't guaranteed." When I asked to see where that's stated in their terms, they could only quote language about "equal or similar functionality," nothing about color. After an hour of chat: * Reps admitted pink "isn't most people's first choice" but still called it "similar." * They refused to exchange it for any neutral color (black, white, blue) even if I waited. * I sat on hold forever for a manager who ultimately offered zero solution. Color may sound cosmetic, but it matters--especially when they never warn you. If Asurion can't return the product you actually bought, what else will they cut corners on?
