Additionally he replaced some computer parts too to make all changes according to each other. He charged $180 but we realized that it is a good deal coz the laptop is running super fast and worth 700 bucks. Secondly, 2 years back I dropped my IPad 4, it's one corner got bent while screen broke too, I contacted Apple store they said they will charge $250 to fix it when I told my husband he said he will ask FM Cellular my husband asked him to check, FM Cellular said he will charge 70 bucks to fix it and they fixed it I am still using it with no problem at all. My Nephew's friend dropped his IPhone 6+ on the road and suddenly a car passed on it, the guy was so sad, my husband told him about FM Cellular and Mr FM fixed it for 150 bucks; he replaced front and back camera, front screen, home button sim card reader and tray and some more parts, the guy still using that phone. In my spare time I just googled FM Cellular and when I read the 2 reviews about FM, I felt so bad. In my opinion, some people want to get best services for dimes and pennies, only illegal people can provide best service at bottom level price while legal people pay Taxes and have other responsibilities as well.

A special shout out to the store owner for having Mr. Victor and the other assistant manager Ms. Alexandra, who was a joy to interact with, work at your store because great leadership starts at the top. Because these guys are on commission they won't exchange anything in store, they'll box up your purchase and send it back to corporate for processing, so far, 10 days and nothing. They did order me a jacket, and had it sent because the one in store was damaged. Received the shipment, and it look like it was wadded up in a ball and stuffed in a plastic bag, then crammed in a box that was too small for it. Paying $200 for a blazer isn't a huge amount of money in the grand scheme of things, but it's $200 and I don't expect what I ordered to be treated like trash. I emailed customer service, I got a short very curt reply giving me another email address. I message them on Instagram and I got the same short non-response. Once I'm done with this circle of returns and exchanges and get my refund, I'm done with this company forever. The product is decent enough but the customer service experience is terrible. I'm not complaining without having tried to contact them directly to work this out, but days go by without responses then when you get them they aren't answers.

* I would like a refund, not a repair. I came here on June…read more1, 2026, because my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G had a single line on the screen. They told me I needed a full screen replacement and charged me $102.84. They did not fix a minor screen line; they completely destroyed a functional device, and I am requesting a full refund for severe property damage. I am not interested in bringing the phone back for another repair, as the damage is irreversible. Because I kept my phone in its protective case, it wasn't obvious right away that the technician botched the job. They skipped using the mandatory internal adhesive and handed the phone back physically unsealed and split open. The last attached photo shows the device sitting inside my black protective phone case, which I am forced to keep it in just to hold the broken pieces together. Without the case (in 6th photo), you can clearly see the massive physical gap where the shop failed to seal the back cover. Because the back cover was left wide open, the internal battery, wireless charging coil, and hardware were left completely exposed to the open air, moisture, and dust. As a direct result, the phone immediately began severely overheating, draining battery rapidly, failing to charge, and it has now completely died. To make matters worse, when I went to trade it in, T-Mobile completely rejected it. The technician stripped out the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) strip from inside the device during the repair, which permanently flags the phone as a tampered, unauthorized device. They completely bricked my phone and ruined its trade-in value, all while trying to bribe me with a "free" screen protector for a good review before I could notice the damage. Avoid this place at all costs--they use cheap shortcuts and destroy your electronics.

I brought my phone in for a new glass backing and an LED display replacement. The results were shocking: the glass backing was visibly lifted and detached on all corners, causing it to crack immediately after I set the phone down at home. Furthermore, the "new" LED screen was defective and consistently flashed pink. When confronted with these two failed services, the staff blamed me for the damage and only offered a discount to fix their own mistakes. If you ignore this warning and still go here, DO NOT pay with Zelle or cash. Use a credit card so you can actually dispute the charges when the repairs fail.
