I called their phone number several times and never received a phone call back nor did they ever call me. 3 weeks later I went to pick up my laptop and they couldn't tell me where my laptop was. Then after about 30 minutes someone came and send my laptop was at FM cellular. That day was a Sunday and FM Cellular was closed. I went there Monday morning and the employees as FM Cellular said my laptop was never there. Now I went back to Electronic Repair Outlet and my laptop is magically there and of course it is not fixed. If you value your property, time and money stay away from this place. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!!
