The one I thought might help me didn't even finish with her customer she just got up, hugged them (pretty clear it was a friend or family member), and went straight to help another family she seemed to know. Never said hi, never acknowledged me, nothing. I stood there for about ten minutes just waiting. I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, but a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Ended up leaving and taking my business to AT&T

I recently canceled my internet service with Spectrum after being a customer for years, and the…read moreexperience confirmed it was the right decision. A few months ago I called Spectrum specifically to see if there was any way to lower my bill. The only option they offered was downgrading my service, which saved me about $20 a month. Not long after, the bill crept right back up to just over $100 again. After shopping around, I found a much better option with T-Mobile Home Internet -- $40 a month with a router and extender included, and the first two months free. When I called Spectrum to cancel, suddenly they had all kinds of "great deals" and promotions available that were never mentioned when I originally called asking for help lowering my bill. That's the frustrating part. If those options truly existed, they should have been offered when I first asked. I value honesty and transparency from the companies I do business with. If Spectrum truly cared about keeping long-time customers, those savings would have been offered upfront instead of only when I decided to leave. Either way, I'm glad there are finally other options available. Good riddance.

I went in for a warranty replacement for a battery for my Jeep Gladiator. I explained that it was…read morenot starting my Jeep plus it would not take a charge. I had it tested and the indications were that it was a bad battery. In some time. His response was maybe it didn't have a "natural failure ". He also claimed that my vehicle had not run in some time. I told him we had just used it and everything was fine. He said that he had to charge it and test it. He would only offer a "loaner battery " until he charged it for half a day. He implied that I was apparently dishonest. I asked him what I could expect with the warranty for a replacement. He would not tell me. He mentioned some formula based on the charge that it would take. I told him it had 4.3 volts when I bought it in. His multimeter indicated 4.2 volts. In any case, avoid this business for vehicle batteries with questionable business practices and working to not honor their warranty.

I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen.
