About 10 days later, when my repaired phone got back from LG in Texas, Sam gladly helped restore it to full operation. He was glad to answer any questions we had. The day my phone failed, my wife bought the new Samsung Note 7 and Sam spent all the time necessary to transfer information and apps from her old phone to the new one. He answered any questions we had on the new phone. He is very knowledgeable. Almost 2 weeks later, we awoke to hear on the morning news that the new Note 7 had experienced exploding batteries. We didn't want to have that "time bomb" in the house as nice as the phone is. As soon as the store opened, we met with the manager, Sean, who also owned that new phone but hadn't yet heard of the problem himself. We were within the 14 day return period, so with no trouble at all we were able to return the phone for a full refund. Sean was very helpful and restored my wife's old phone back to full operation. We would certainly recommend using the Verizon Wireless Zone store located next to the Starbucks in Mansfield. Super service and very knowledgeable and helpful personnel.

Each was "working" with a customer but the store was empty. We waited patiently, about 20 minutes just to be greeted with sloth like enthusiasm. When I asked about the BOGO promotion we got the huffy eye roll with "that's for new customers". Not that she asked, I told her we are customers, explained the promo to her, and even showed her the offer on my phone--which she took (pandemic, hello) to show her "co-worker". I asked her to return my phone and why she didn't know about the promo--cue "We don't work for T-Mobile, we're trying to figure this out for you but if you don't have the time"--no I'm sorry, please take a free gift. So I took the free gifts for my adorable associates.

I showed them the Verizon website and then it was $1100 credit which they then agreed we would get. They also don't tell you they charge $50/phone to "help you" transfer your phone data. Don't let them do it, it is very easy and all they did was follow instructions on the phone. I had no idea they charged $50/phone to do this - they don't tell you up front. Big scam! Then they changed the plans on 2 of our phones. First they said we can't keep our plans but then I had to call Verizon to have them switched back since we had a better plan. Make sure you get a detailed receipt for everything!!! The main guy running the show there is shady as hell! AVOID this Verizon store and go to Ledgewood store.

Im saying all of this to say I'm satisfied with the service I received today. My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours.
