Amazing experience!! The employees and owner are very nice and all about customer service. They took the stress out of having a 5 and 3 year old in the store by letting them watch movies and play games on the store tablets and phones (employees pulled up chairs for the kids and personally loaded games and movies). ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Attempting to get Fios home internet and was advised they need to get our credit scores. Apparently, both my husband's and my score were "too low" which meant we needed to provide a $250 security deposit for the equipment. We immediately checked our scores which both fall in the excellent range. The only proof they offered was a screenshot of a computer screen on the salesman's phone (no identifiable information). Fortunately, we knew something was not right and left without completing the transaction. This is not an authorized Verizon company store. It is an authorized dealer which is different. read more

We upgraded our iPhones and were told we would get a $1100 credit for each phone upgrade. Then they said no only $800 credit. I showed them the Verizon website and then it was $1100 credit which they then agreed we would get. They also don't tell you they charge $50/phone to "help you" transfer your phone data. Don't let them do it, it is very easy and all they did was follow instructions on the phone. I had no idea they charged $50/phone to do this - they don't tell you up front. Big scam! Then they changed the plans on 2 of our phones. First they said we can't keep our plans but then I had to call Verizon to have them switched back since we had a better plan. Make sure you get a detailed receipt for everything!!! The main guy running the show there is shady as hell! AVOID this Verizon store and go to Ledgewood store. read more

Don't go here. Don't trust what they tell you. They put me in an outdated Samsung A53, overcharged me for the phone, misrepresented what my bill would be, tacked on a cloud service that I did not ask for. I have switched to xFinity wireless and I will be saving a lot of money. The phone was also proprietary so that when I went to switch in xFinity the A53 was not compatible. I left Verizon altogether because of them. They don't take care of their long term customers, after 27 years with a Verizon phone, I switched, they will rip you off. GOOD BYE VERIZON. read more

Great customer service experience!!!!! I was having issues transferring my old phone contents to a new one which I had purchased trough Verizon website. I stopped at the Verizon place in Mansfield first, the staff there was not helpful at all and pretty much didn't want to help me out since I didn't purchase the phone trough them. I decided to give this location a try and they were more than helpful. Matthew went above and behind to make sure that everything was transferred to my new phone. He was friendly, professional and never made me feel that I was just battering him. To top it off Matthew and Giancarlo both reviewed my account and explained to me that I had multiple choices to update my account and I handed up saving about $80 per month. I am in customer service myself and I know that people jump on making comments when something goes wrong, but I believe that when credit is due it should be given. Not only the two young gentleman working here took care of my new phone, they got a new customer and I will make sure that I will let everyone know, who needs anything with Verizon, to go there. I was referred to this store after having average to poor experiences at other verizon stores. I have to say, I was impressed and satisfied. Martin is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He's upfront about everything and really is working to help you in any way he can. He never tries to sell you on anything you don't need and works to ensure your get exactly the phone and service that fits your needs and your budget. I will certainly go back and see Martin whenever I need an upgrade or any service help. read more

Not happy at all. Went in for a new phone. Manager brings out phone, and a small tablet. Tells us we are eligible for this free tablet and then leaves us with a new inexperienced staff. I ask her if there is a monthly service charge for the tablet and tells me no, only an activation fee of $20. I bring it home and discover it is an old used kids tablet and there is a $10 monthly service fee! It was a horrible tablet that I would never have purchased. I bring the tablet immediately back and ask it be removed from my account! No apology, no explanation, just a receipt. I had to call the corporate customer service because the tablet remained on our account. Beware of their deceptive practices. Go to a Verizon company store and not this authorized dealer. The saga continues. Although I returned the iPad the next day, they never deleted the account as they stated they did. I had to contact Verizon Customer service twice and they contacted this store. I am now charged $175 termination fee because this store never took it off my account. The fraud and deception is rampant within this store. I continue to work with corporate Verizon and filed another complaint. Do not use these people. Beware! read more

I've never felt so at ease buying a new phone. The manager Jeff greeted me with a smile & handshake. First time I've walked into a Verizon store and didn't stand in the middle of the room waiting to be helped. We sat down, I explained my problem with my phone. He checked my account, was able to LOWER my bill while adding more data for my family, he let me know that we could get an extra discount through the NJEA, and I was able to upgrade to a new phone with much more storage than I ever thought I could afford. My questions weren't smirked at, they were answered where I understood the 'tech language' easily.. Jeff and the other employees made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I was not pushed to purchase. I was given options. I'll never go to another store again, unless Jeff transfers somewhere else. Straight up honest guy. Thank you Jeff.. read more

Had a great experience with multiple issues completely resolved. I went in as support for my nephew getting his phone activated. I noticed Martin and Angel were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. While they were copying the phones over I asked for some help on a hot spot not working. in seconds I had a brand new working unit in my hands. I asked if I could upgrade my phone and boom Martin helped me move up to a Samsung S9, I also adjusted my plan to make better use of my devices. These gentlemen were very pleasant and efficient, and made the dreadful phone swap completely painless. I'll be back here for all my wireless equipment, they are great to work with and don't push anything on you. Thats a very welcome and friendly approach. read more

Went in to get new phones and was told that HUM was being offered for free. We said yes and now we are being charged for it every month. It took me 1 1/2 months to get the charges removed from my bill and now they are still charging me monthly. Don't fall for the free HUM deal. It's not true. This store should bring Sonny back! He was the best. I am not happy with the new management. I don't think I'll be going back here. read more
