The watch had already been open, and the store refused to take it back even though they knew they sold me an already open iwatch. The iwatch would not turn on or work. I had to drive to Indianapolis for the corporate store to make the exchange. The corporate store thinks they purposely did it to get out of paying for the iwatch they broke. The larger gentleman tried charging me to backup my phone, and without my permission put my phone on their wifi. Stay away from this place!!! They are crooks!!

When I confronted him and explicitly asked if it was a genuine Apple battery, he lied to my face and said it was. However, the phone immediately flagged it with an 'Unknown Part' warning because it was a fake. Worse, during this sloppy work, he physically damaged my internal volume button flex cable--causing ghost screenshots and random Siri activations. When I returned, he tried to blame my 'motherboard' to avoid fixing it. I wasn't having it. He then changed his story and claimed my iPhone had all those issues when I first brought it in. I asked him: "Why would you have even tried fixing the battery if the phone was already broken like that?" He had no answer. I ended up embarrassing him in front of a lobby full of customers, and he backed down and refunded my credit card on the spot. Do not trust them. I had to buy a new iPhone because of this nightmare. I could have just gone to an Apple Authorized Dealer for $89, but this place charged me $129 just to break my phone!

This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.
