I had to go to a corporate store to get it resolved. Forward to now. My phone has a screen hardware issue. I went in to get it fixed. They couldn't get Verizon to authorize a replacement asap so I was to get a follow up. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! No calls. Even worse, no reply to calls and voicemail I left. Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.

Once they had the broken screen off my phone, the phone sat on the counter for the majority of the time as the employees were more focused on selling phone cases. The employees have no respect for their customers' time. When I pay over $170 to get my screen replaced I expect to get a flawless phone returned to me and I was NOT expecting to have to wait 3 hours for a simple screen replacement.
