Absolutely terrible experience. Wife cracked her screen on her Samsung S25, and was still…read morecompletely useable. It wasn't even that bad of a crack. Had the screen replaced about a week later and everything was good. Not even 2 weeks later, it had some water dumped over it, and the phone stopped working. Took it back to them, and they took it apart and found water damage inside. They tried to install a new battery and that did not work. Now they are saying that it was sealed according to what Samsung says for their test, but I really doubt that happened. Even the tech that took it apart says the seal by the camera was not sealed. Obviously, it wasn't sealed correctly and now they won't warranty their poor work and get me another replacement S25.

At 1pm I was finally able to get in contact with tech support to be on the phone for 50 minutes only to be told that I would have to wait another hour and a half for a tech to show up. I made an appointment, that had a four hour window and they couldn't be bothered to show up on time or even communicate that they were running late. Completely unacceptable business practice. When on the phone with customer service they actually tried to get me to set up another appointment between 12-4. I guess the jokes on me because at the end of the day that's what I'm stuck doing anyway since they can't be bothered to properly book and show up for appointments. Would never recommend to another person.
