The turnaround was great and the finished product was excellent. They mounted the jerseys on a background that looks like a leather football. They went out of their way to go to a local collectible/card shop and picked up old football cards of the 2 players and included the cards in the framing. The attention to detail and the finished product is awesome!

Worst customer service I have ever received. I walked in to see about getting embroidery done on a…read morejacket for my dad. The middle aged woman with brown hair and glasses working the front desk didn't even bother to greet me. Then I asked her if it would be possible to get my dad's nickname embroidered on his jacket. Her first comment to me was " it has to be laundered " I told her my mom washed it and yes there was some cat hair because we have pets but its clean. She didn't even bothered to write down what I wanted done to the jacket and said to me "it isn't clean I see a mark here and I can smell it already." She was so unbelievably snotty and rude in her tone to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and be sure to let everyone know how rude the woman working the front desk is. I went to a different company in Ashwaubenon after I left Global Recognition and that woman took the jacket right away and was very friendly and never even questioned anything about the jacket which was washed.

When I went to pay he was very rude again and was charging me $18.99. I asked him to call the woman who said it was $8.99 and he got very angry and pushed some buttons and ultimately charged me $8.99 plus tax with a very bad attitude.

They were more than happy to charge me to "fix" them. The first time they "fixed" the snowblower they charged over $100, I got the snowblowert back from them and it still wouldn't start They "fixed" it again and charged me over $90. After a year of trying to get the $90 back they finally credited me but charged me to fix the "new" lawnmower I bought from them.
