Prior to re-running my bank card I checked my balance and saw that it had actually gone through. The store manager insisted that we re-run my card to complete my purchase. I chose not to and had to work through my bank in order to get my balance put back on. I also had used a gift card worth $225 that now had a zero balance. They have refused to re-activate the card with the $225 balance, or re-issue me a new card. I do not want to make a purchase at this store and prefer to shop elsewhere.

Didn't know that it would be as hard as it was! I wanted a good machine for a reasonable price and local service so if I should need help or service they would be there for me. I called Wisconsin Document Imaging and Joe met up with me and was amazing! I was able to get a great machine for a great price and can say they have great customer service. I really liked that they set the machine up and showed me all the features before I took it home and used it. Joe was kind enough to help me set it up at home and made sure it worked before leaving.

A mattress company I ordered from used IIS to do the delivery and installation of a bed. The…read morecompany I ordered from promised me a delivery date without first contacting IIS to make sure it would work. Long story short, IIS ended up bending over backwards to make it happen even though they were overbooked. They went hours out of their way, arrived early, made sure everything was perfect, and even managed to get it all in the house and set up without waking my napping kid. These folks are amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
