Prior to re-running my bank card I checked my balance and saw that it had actually gone through. The store manager insisted that we re-run my card to complete my purchase. I chose not to and had to work through my bank in order to get my balance put back on. I also had used a gift card worth $225 that now had a zero balance. They have refused to re-activate the card with the $225 balance, or re-issue me a new card. I do not want to make a purchase at this store and prefer to shop elsewhere.

The woman in front of me lost her keys and came back in to retrace her steps. As I was handling my credit card transaction, the employee looked around the counter where should may have sat them down and let her know he'd check the box she was shipping when he finished with me. As I loaded my car, he was helping her look on the sidewalk walking up to the car! What a great group for folks!
