Went on Monday and was helped by an employee while looking at dining furniture. When I asked him about possibly lowering delivery charges or matching competition he said "We can match competition." Went back on Wednesday and it was the salesperson from before day off. Told the sales that day I wanted to purchase and was told by prior Sales that they could match competition pricing for delivery. This individual who said he was the manager, said that wasn't an option and was rude about it. Ultimately I was looking for like $22 off a $3500 purchase that an employee told me 2 days prior wouldn't be a problem. Won't be going back.

They were more than happy to charge me to "fix" them. The first time they "fixed" the snowblower they charged over $100, I got the snowblowert back from them and it still wouldn't start They "fixed" it again and charged me over $90. After a year of trying to get the $90 back they finally credited me but charged me to fix the "new" lawnmower I bought from them. When I asked what was wrong with it the guy first gave me a ridiculous answer, when questioned again he back peddled. I've bought equipment from Walmart in the past with no problems even if I had to return it!! Never again. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Greg and his new partner have put together a five star operation again. Another plus is in house service with options to store your equipment in the off seasons. We were told that SW had the best paint. Also saw commercials that showed it cover in one coat. We thought we would give it a try. $50 a gallon for the Emerald on sale was a lot but one coat - it was worth a try. It took 3 coats to cover our walls! It was the worst paint we have ever used and a complete rip off! We had 5 year old left over Behr paint that we used in our mudroom and it covered in one coat. Only minor touch ups. So it wasn't an issue with our wall texture like they will probably claim. Called the store 3 days ago to voice our displeasure and no manager was around. Took our name and number to call us back and never did! Save your money - a complete rip off!!!
