Contacted the service department and came in September with wrong part. Stated part would be in, in December 2025. Property "House Truths" state "nearby construction over the Summer months could create noise during weekdays" (Simple Life Mgmnt added the "Fall months" clause AFTER our stay. We rented during the Fall months). Simple Life Mgmnt was notified of the unacceptable conditions. While they expressed their "apologies" and "understanding" absolutely NO action was taken to provide a comfortable stay as should be expected from a hospitality management company. In addition to the noise, the unit's internet service did not operate as expected. Streaming services on the TV were unavailable. It appears that Simple Life manages several properties within the same complex: Holiday By The Bay A-4, Hilltop View B-3, Hilltop Hide Away B-5, Peacefield At The Hilltop B-4, and Relaxing Busy Bee B-7.

As far as customers I was the only vehicle that pulled up next to the door., the first thing I could see was 2 to 3 employees sitting in the chairs talking one of them she was a young girl maybe early 20s she looked like an indigenous person was all sprawled out leaning back just about laying down in a chair facing the parking lot! I could not believe what I was seeing when I walked in I said hello hello to everyone not one person said hello to me or made eye contact with me they just kept on talking! There was one employee vacuuming. She had a look on her face because the others were sitting down talking and not doing anything. I had said to all of them I'm picking up an online order. I walked over to the desk and stood there for a minute and a half, without anybody even acknowledging me.! Finally two of them that were sitting down, walked over to the desk and started to look for my order. I had to step away to use the restroom when I came back, somebody had placed my order on the floor in front of the checkout desk I couldn't believe that was even happening. Someone else could've grabbed it and took it.! When I came back to the desk, nobody even told me that was my order I almost stepped on it when I approached the desk and I looked in the bag and I said oh I guess this is my order huh? And somebody said yes , she proceeded to give me my other order over-the-counter and I asked her if she could wrap up again a bunny that was laying on the floor in my bag with the whole top portion of his body and his ears exposed that were I'm surprised, not broken already because they had not bothered to make sure everything was wrapped up like it should be! You need to start over with your employees in the store. There's only one to two decent ones that I've encountered here. I would rather travel 30 minutes and go down to Appleton and get the service. I need then travel 10 minutes across town and deal with this ridiculousness!

Went on Monday and was helped by an employee while looking at dining furniture. When I asked him about possibly lowering delivery charges or matching competition he said "We can match competition." Went back on Wednesday and it was the salesperson from before day off. Told the sales that day I wanted to purchase and was told by prior Sales that they could match competition pricing for delivery. This individual who said he was the manager, said that wasn't an option and was rude about it. Ultimately I was looking for like $22 off a $3500 purchase that an employee told me 2 days prior wouldn't be a problem. Won't be going back.
