When I lived near Green Bay, I was a regular customer to this store. Now that I live further…read moresouth, I make it a priority to stop there whenever I'm on my way to Door County. A nice, lovely, large store with everything Christian that you could ever want. Sometimes when I need a nice gift but don't plan to head north, I order from them online and they ship it to the recipient. Lighthouse gives me that wonderful Christian bookstore shopping experience that has, unfortunately, become increasingly uncommon as brick-and-mortar bookstores have disappeared. It's worth the trip!

They had a section of holiday cards for your Grandma, Grandpa, you significant other, or best friend. You could also get packs of cards which is perfect for that mass mailing. Of course they have lots of Thank You, Get Well, and Birthday cards and other small gifts. As the other reviews mentioned, there are lots of ornaments to choose from. If you can't find a card here, then you won't find it anywhere else.

I was in the neighborhood and made a quick stop as I needed some hair for my Elvis costume. The…read morespace is HUGE with very wide aisles. It's pretty well organized with sections for women's, men's, and children's costumes, wigs, accessories, masks, and Halloween decorations. I usually don't like going to costume shops, for the costumes because they're over-priced plus it's fun to make your own costumes (thanks Mom!). There are plenty of accessories that can assist with any costume. I was fortunate to be the only person in the store, and got help from both employees that were working there. Besides them helping me find the right kind of hair, they gave some good advice on how to take apart the rolled up hair, how to apply it, and to take it off. When explaining my costume and what I needed, they even suggested going to another that would have a cheap, plain color shirt that I wanted. This might be just a seasonal store, but if you ask you'll get some costume pros helping you so you will look your best for Halloween or the other 364 days of the year.

We are working on potty training and we were able to get Thomas the tank engine toys that are normally $3.99 there for $1. This location is better than the one in Howard/Suamico. The craftsmanship is stunning -- every detail is exactly what I hoped for (if not better). You can truly tell they take pride in the quality of their work and the stones they select. Purchasing fine jewelry should feel special, and they absolutely delivered. I left feeling excited, confident, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

We are currently talking to Katherine on hold, listening to her tell another employee that my wife…read moremade her so mad she wants to punch her. What did she do to deserve that customer service? My wife asked for an itemized receipt to explain additional newly added costs, they refused, then she asked for a refund, they refused. Katherine got aggravated and demeaning when asked to see my wife's point of view, and they went back and forth. No one yelled and nothing personal or rude was said. Katherine then agreed to a refund, put us on hold and went around the office telling people my wife was mean and screaming (she wasn't). I don't know if Katherine knew she was on speaker phone but we started recording because she was misrepresenting what happened. But then Katherine vented to a co-worker and threatened to punch my wife. We have it on recording in case of legal needs, but you might want to know the employees at this business are this unstable when asked for itemized invoices. I'm sure she made a mistake and was just defensive, but the way she emotionally escalated this was really inappropriate and then threatening. Not sure if they know they still have us on hold but now Katherine is talking to Bob in the background.
