I asked when my order would be in and I received alot of "might be, could be, not sures". Not once did he say let me call and see status or where it is? For price you'd think they'd keep the customer updated on order.....still have no idea when my order will be in. Only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 is I'm hoping the quality will be there once it does arrive.

One last comment, not only did Lisa help us tremendously at the store, when I had questions at home during the project I was able to call her and she faced time with us to talk us through the issue. 5 star products with 5 star customer service. Went on Monday and was helped by an employee while looking at dining furniture. When I asked him about possibly lowering delivery charges or matching competition he said "We can match competition." Went back on Wednesday and it was the salesperson from before day off. Told the sales that day I wanted to purchase and was told by prior Sales that they could match competition pricing for delivery. This individual who said he was the manager, said that wasn't an option and was rude about it. Ultimately I was looking for like $22 off a $3500 purchase that an employee told me 2 days prior wouldn't be a problem. Won't be going back.
