In addition to clothing, they also sell shoes, belts, winter gear and purses. The clothes are organized but there isn't a lot of signage/it's hard to see so it can be a little difficult to get oriented when you are looking for something. The primary room is packed with stuff so it's a tight fit if you're shopping when they're busy (especially if you're wearing a winter coat). If you sell clothing to them, you can either get cash or save it to use as credit - I believe you get 10% more if you choose in-store credit.

They tried to purchase three of my Hollister items for $13 and told me that it was two items while they were hiding one with tags on it underneath two other items. This must be something they do; only purchase a few of someone's very nice items, to make it appear like there is a supply and demand issue, so you are more likely to take their measly payment. Anyway, first they tried to tell me that the clothing was outdated, but they actually took one item that was exactly the same as the other item in the basket, but one had tags and they took that on, and the other one didn't. But neither one had been worn, the one had just been washed one time. Lastly, so it's like they try to degrade you at the outset, and then they left my items over on their shelf and said they only wanted to purchase two items. However, I could see that there was another item, the item that still had tags below the other two items on the shelf. And I told them that there was three items there and they tried to gaslight me and tell me that there was only two items even after they could clearly see that I could see that there were three items. I told them I wanted my items back. And then they rolled their eyes and threw my items back on my basket. This is already like the third time something like this has happened, and this most recent time was the worst because they flat out lied to me and tried to steal my namebrand clothing after pretending that my clothing was trash. I wish I could give zero stars…read more. Rude man at the donations drive-thru. This location has no carts or bins to assist with drop-offs. And the man wouldn't help me unload anything; told me I had to unload things myself and hand them to him. So he stood there while I unpacked my back seat and cargo area, both full of donation items. Is this "no help unloading" a new policy? Regardless, this has now been my final donation to goodwill. Going forward, I'll simply place my no-longer-wanted items in the trash. And the icing on the cake--they wouldn't accept the flatscreen tv I wanted to donate because, supposedly, they're not accepting any "large furniture items." However, their website states no such policy.

Goodwill has been around a long time, helping people in need by providing jobs and various programs. It is always a good option to donate to Goodwill and also get that receipt for a tax write off! The selection at Goodwill is quite extensive, especially for women. This, of course, is why my mother loved going there . There are so many name brands to choose from, and at a reduced price, to say the least. That is the thrill of the hunt. To find that special item or items and show them off to your thrifting partner. There is also the option to find great deals and then sell them online yourself, to make a little extra cash. There you go! So check out Goodwill sometime for yourself and to help others. Obviously it is a win win.
