They have probably some of the best staff out there for each department. They have always been helpful, nice and useful and I have never been really lead a stray by them. I visit very frequently and tend to spend a lot of money at Hobby Town they are great employees as well as people I value as friends I was never treated poorly when starting to know them, or knowing them now. I think the Owner has done a great job with his store and the selection of people he has on his Hobby Town Team! They have a very great selection of Model Kits, R/C Cars, R/C Planes, War Hammer, Paint, 3D print items, Train supplies. If they don't have what you are looking for they will gladly order for you and it comes in no time (if the item you want is being produced at the time). The value of items are typically fair and I've never seen anything that id say is really over priced. The owner also tends to price match if you ask. They also tend to run a lot of deals like 10% off of Gundam or Warhammer items if you come on select days and they run coupons pretty often especially around the holidays. This is defiantly THE best retail experience I've had through out my life and going back to the store to see the staff and selection is always a delight.

I want to say that this is the most mad I have ever been in anytime that I have gone there. I have…read morenever disrespected anybody in that store other than going and paying whatever they asked me and did everything that I could do possible just to be a good customer and buying their products But when I had spent a lot of money, they didn't care, and they took them selves upon the fact of making it about themselves and not about the customer and pretty much told me to leave and not caring about my problem or customer service. I would never tell anybody to go to the store they have the worst is customer service ever Their warranty policy is garbage they say that they want to work on your car and fix it and they don't because they have no experience other than just selling you things that you don't know how to use because of the fact that they constantly change their brands all the time so that you want come back I thought that that store was for everybody even if you don't know what you're doing that's why people pay a lot of money to go to the store but obviously that doesn't matter so if you are somebody that doesn't know how to work on these expensive toys Don't bother because they won't help you and all they will do is take your money and tell you to go screw yourself and possibly call the police on you if you get mad because you're trying to stick up for yourself as a customer and asking questions there's nothing wrong with asking questions, but going to Hobby town in Green Bay. I guess that is, so whatever you do do not go to the store it is really bad

Purchasing fine jewelry should feel special, and they absolutely delivered. I left feeling excited, confident, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

My wife asked for an itemized receipt to explain additional newly added costs, they refused, then she asked for a refund, they refused. Katherine got aggravated and demeaning when asked to see my wife's point of view, and they went back and forth. No one yelled and nothing personal or rude was said. Katherine then agreed to a refund, put us on hold and went around the office telling people my wife was mean and screaming (she wasn't). I don't know if Katherine knew she was on speaker phone but we started recording because she was misrepresenting what happened. But then Katherine vented to a co-worker and threatened to punch my wife. We have it on recording in case of legal needs, but you might want to know the employees at this business are this unstable when asked for itemized invoices. I'm sure she made a mistake and was just defensive, but the way she emotionally escalated this was really inappropriate and then threatening. Not sure if they know they still have us on hold but now Katherine is talking to Bob in the background.

The store was very clean and the lighting was nice.. not too bright, had a nice ambience about it. The quality of the garments seemed very good. Like I was trash basically. I expected the store to be a bit pricey just from the name alone, but ALL the dresses STARTED around $200.

I do think they have great quality on the kitchen supplies they sell but the store as a whole is a bit crowded.
