We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I have shopped at this store frequently and was well prepared to do so again. I will never again recommend, bring my friends and family here, or myself shop. I had been willing to spend a bit more to shop local, but I refuse to do so when having to endure an arrogant, snooty, sarcastic attitude. It's too bad the owner cannot not accept feedback, becomes defensive, and continues to treat people disrespectfully. Response: my review is as complete as it needs to be. The items are in good condition but sometimes a little more expensive than you might expect. The prices go down a little each month until the items sell or are taken off the sales floor. I've picked up some really neat decor and small kitchen appliances here over the years. They offer a short warranty on appliances so if you get home and your new crock pot doesn't work - they'll take it back. I've consigned items here before and it's a very easy process. You fill out a form with your information and agree to their pricing terms. They accept 12 items per person per day and decide the prices themselves. After 90 days they put most items on clearance and if you don't contact them to pick up your stuff and it doesn't sell, they donate the items. They offer online access to your account so you can see how many items you have for sale, how much they cost and how much you've made. If you don't use your credit or cash out within a 12 month period, you forfeit the money.

A nice, lovely, large store with everything Christian that you could ever want. Sometimes when I need a nice gift but don't plan to head north, I order from them online and they ship it to the recipient. Lighthouse gives me that wonderful Christian bookstore shopping experience that has, unfortunately, become increasingly uncommon as brick-and-mortar bookstores have disappeared. It's worth the trip!
