Absolutely worst customer service experience ever! Waited with my wife for 2 hours and couldn't get our new phone service set up by staff. Came back the next day and the manager was clueless. So we had to get phone service from Verizon across the street ....took 15 to set up new I Phone and out the door. Staff are nice but aren't properly trained by management to set up phone service and set expectations. They said their computers were slow but still made us wait instead of saying come back when we at 100%. Coaching moment.... AT&T can do better!! read more

I brought my elderly hard-of-hearing dad into the store yesterday to replace his old phone with an new cell phone and land line. Hayden was the associate who worked with us and he bent over backwards to give us wonderful service. He made sure that we got the best price, assisted us in helping us cancel my dad's old service and was great at explaining every little detail to us. During our time there we kept running into an unbelievable number of "glitches"-none of which were AT&T's fault and he tackled them all with aplomb. He really turned a potentially awful experience into one that ended well. read more

I went to the ATT store expecting to need a new phone. My Apple ID was disabled and my phone shut down. Kevin met me at the door and immediately started helping reassure me I was going to be ok. I had to wait for the updates to complete, but he took care of my phone and tablet. Kevin kept me informed of the process and made sure I understood what was needed. I am so very thankful for the help and support Kevin is amazing. Thank you Kevin for all you did to help get me back on line and for being so respectful. I watched you with the older gentleman that didn't know how to use his card and how easily you explained things to him. That kind of respect is hard to find theses days. I would give this store no stars if possible - I experienced the worst customer service I ever have at this location. I was going to get a new phone since it was time for an upgrade and after explaining to the associate my situation and how my father is the primary account holder, he told me there was nothing he could do and said "well that's a great way to get fired." I will not ever be using this location again. I went to another AT&T location and had NO problems and walked out of the store with my brand new iPhone! read more

Never in my life have a dealt with such incompetence. I had to come from Los Angeles to setup my parents iPhones as this company does not employ people who are competent enough to do so. They basically gave them new upgraded iphone4s 's from her iphone3Gs's and kicked them out the door without doing awesome things like oh I don't know... 1.) Testing to see if they had access to email 2.) Testing to see if they had access to their contacts. 3.) Asking if my parents were comfortable with their new phones. (News flash! they weren't) Nope, they just said hook it up to your computer and kicked them out of the door. Meanwhile my mother had her old 3GS IN HAND!!! where someone (who actually gave a crap about customer service) could take a mere 10 minutes to look at to figure out that they have GoogleApps setup and maybe... JUST MAYBE that needed to be 'noted'. After walking in to the store with my parents, who called me in LA to help setup their phone... I came back to TX to walk in this store as it's their job and I shouldn't have to be helping with this. Quoting their incompetent staff... "GoogleApps... What is that? Gmail or something?" Nah... First time customers to this store for phone upgrades etc. Greeted at the door by Landon who walked us thru with the purchase of 2 new phones and left his business card upon leaving. This was totally unbelievable service! I just needed a cell phone charger. I asked if I still needed to sign in. The employee said yes,so I did! There was 7 people in front of me- 6 phones being sold and 1bill pay. Well I waited 25 minutes and then the employee went to the sign in sheet and was simply scribbling off names. Then asked the two, new ladies, who was first. I went to the sign up sheet and he had scribbled out my name! I said as much and he said "oh yea". Well I am already waiting on her so.... I said I really did not want to give them any money. I left! The worse service I have ever had. Could we not have a dedicated register person? The bill pay lady waited at least thirty minutes! I will drive to a company owned store instead of the small town franchise store from now on. I try to shop local but come on..... Really? read more

My grandparents went here to get their new phones, they failed to set up their phones. Never tried to even put their email on there for them!! Then I walked in with my son about trying to switch from verizon and this chick ignored me for 15 min and scratched out my name. Two new people walked in and I interrupted her and she was like "oh I thought you were with her." Then was rude and didn't even try to sell me service! People! Go to the REAL AT&T store!! These people won't help you at all and if they do get you a phone, they won't help you configure it! read more

I have had a number of dealings with this store in Granbury TX over the past 7 or 8 years and every time I have been in there, they have helped me through the issue I was dealing with -- several times where I was just needing help with something on my phone and didn't make a purchase. I was reading one of the other reviews and the guy said he went across the street to Verizon because the service was so bad here... well, there is no Verizon across the street from the Granbury location, so it appears he gave a bad review to the wrong store. Anyway, even if it was the same store, my experience is a very good one, I find them to be well trained and very helpful, and even though there is usually a line of people there, at this particular store it has been well worth the wait. Good job to all the employees at this store! (And no I'm not related to anyone there and in no way benefit from writing a good review, it has been something I've been meaning to do and when I was searching for their phone number online, it was right in front of me, and an opportune time especially in light of the negative comments.) read more
