The girl was condescending and not friendly at all, but she got my phone fixed so I can't complain.

Wish I could give this store a Score of 0. Take extra time and go to the Corporate Owned ATT store in Fort Worth. I went to this store 7 years ago and they were awful. Bought online upgrade IPhone 17e for both me and my husband a week ago. Tonight when using our phones to make a call to our car dealership with a problem, the call went through and we could hear them but they could not hear us. My husband on each of our phones tried the call three times and the same thing happened the Dealership could not hear us. Went to the ATT store across from Walmart and the person in charge told us that we needed to call Apple, because this was a problem with our new iPhones and this was not an ATT problem. He didn't want to deal with this issue annd walked away to sit at the other side of the store and didn't seem to want to assist us with our problem. After 30 minutes of talking to Apple at this store over WiFi (since the only way we could talk to anyone was over WiFi) and another 30 minutes talking to Apple over the phone at our home it was decided it was not an Apple problem, but an ATT problem. Called ATT main number and to make a 2 hour episode short, both of our IPhones just needed to have the Network Settings Reset. now everything is working perfect. Very scary that this store didn't even suggest to do this since they are a representative of ATT. All the person in charge seemed to want to do is get us out of his store and was very unprofessional. My suggestion is not to go to this store for anything because you are not going to get the expertise needed from this store. read more

I would give them a 0 if possible. The team is rude only to be out done by the manager. She makes you wait for ever, as the sit and B.S. with people and had nothing to do with business. When I finally got to talk to her she was extremely blunt and read the same script as the team. She had no more authority to do anything than her team. However she had the authority to be one of the rudest people I had the misfortune to speak with. I went round and round with AT&T about an issue. Each group knows their own little bit and that's it. I got passed from one group to another. There was no customer service in. any of this. I think their mission is to out wait people and have them finally tire and go away. This may improve the bottom line in the short run, but I canceled my phone with them right after that. I would NEVER sign up with them again. I went to the store just outside of the strip and it was like a different company. They still couldn't do anything but at least they were nice and tried to get me in the right direction. read more

I came into this store and sat for over 20 min. There were two people helping customers but what got me is the didn't even acknowledge our presence at all. read more

Absolutely worst customer service experience ever! Waited with my wife for 2 hours and couldn't get our new phone service set up by staff. Came back the next day and the manager was clueless. So we had to get phone service from Verizon across the street ....took 15 to set up new I Phone and out the door. Staff are nice but aren't properly trained by management to set up phone service and set expectations. They said their computers were slow but still made us wait instead of saying come back when we at 100%. Coaching moment.... AT&T can do better!! read more

I brought my elderly hard-of-hearing dad into the store yesterday to replace his old phone with an new cell phone and land line. Hayden was the associate who worked with us and he bent over backwards to give us wonderful service. He made sure that we got the best price, assisted us in helping us cancel my dad's old service and was great at explaining every little detail to us. During our time there we kept running into an unbelievable number of "glitches"-none of which were AT&T's fault and he tackled them all with aplomb. He really turned a potentially awful experience into one that ended well. read more

This was the most horrible AT&T experience I've ever had. I took my 90 year old father and sat for two hours going over needed services only to be told three hours later after we left the store that NOTHING HAD BEEN ORDERED read more

We were in the store to update husbands phone. We were helped by Colin (store manager). He was extremely competent, patient and kind with us. We appreciate his skill and professionalism! read more

I went to the ATT store expecting to need a new phone. My Apple ID was disabled and my phone shut down. Kevin met me at the door and immediately started helping reassure me I was going to be ok. I had to wait for the updates to complete, but he took care of my phone and tablet. Kevin kept me informed of the process and made sure I understood what was needed. I am so very thankful for the help and support Kevin is amazing. Thank you Kevin for all you did to help get me back on line and for being so respectful. I watched you with the older gentleman that didn't know how to use his card and how easily you explained things to him. That kind of respect is hard to find theses days. You are very kind and professional. Thanks again for all that you did! read more

Never in my life have a dealt with such incompetence. I had to come from Los Angeles to setup my parents iPhones as this company does not employ people who are competent enough to do so. They basically gave them new upgraded iphone4s 's from her iphone3Gs's and kicked them out the door without doing awesome things like oh I don't know... 1.) Testing to see if they had access to email 2.) Testing to see if they had access to their contacts. 3.) Asking if my parents were comfortable with their new phones. (News flash! they weren't) Nope, they just said hook it up to your computer and kicked them out of the door. Meanwhile my mother had her old 3GS IN HAND!!! where someone (who actually gave a crap about customer service) could take a mere 10 minutes to look at to figure out that they have GoogleApps setup and maybe... JUST MAYBE that needed to be 'noted'. After walking in to the store with my parents, who called me in LA to help setup their phone... I came back to TX to walk in this store as it's their job and I shouldn't have to be helping with this. Quoting their incompetent staff... "GoogleApps... What is that? Gmail or something?" Nah... It's only the #1 hosted email service in the IT industry... No biggie. Pathetic. Whoever owns this outlet... immediately restaff. read more

I would give this store no stars if possible - I experienced the worst customer service I ever have at this location. I was going to get a new phone since it was time for an upgrade and after explaining to the associate my situation and how my father is the primary account holder, he told me there was nothing he could do and said "well that's a great way to get fired." I will not ever be using this location again. I went to another AT&T location and had NO problems and walked out of the store with my brand new iPhone! read more

First time customers to this store for phone upgrades etc. Greeted at the door by Landon who walked us thru with the purchase of 2 new phones and left his business card upon leaving. Our experience there was top notch and professional ! Absolutely the best one on one Service that we received in a long time ! Thanks Landon !! read more

This was totally unbelievable service! I just needed a cell phone charger. I asked if I still needed to sign in. The employee said yes,so I did! There was 7 people in front of me- 6 phones being sold and 1bill pay. Well I waited 25 minutes and then the employee went to the sign in sheet and was simply scribbling off names. Then asked the two, new ladies, who was first. I went to the sign up sheet and he had scribbled out my name! I said as much and he said "oh yea". Well I am already waiting on her so.... I said I really did not want to give them any money. I left! The worse service I have ever had. Could we not have a dedicated register person? The bill pay lady waited at least thirty minutes! I will drive to a company owned store instead of the small town franchise store from now on. I try to shop local but come on..... Really? read more

Great store, very busy but great customer service. Ali was a great help and I love my directv that they setup its amazing.

My grandparents went here to get their new phones, they failed to set up their phones. Never tried to even put their email on there for them!! Then I walked in with my son about trying to switch from verizon and this chick ignored me for 15 min and scratched out my name. Two new people walked in and I interrupted her and she was like "oh I thought you were with her." Then was rude and didn't even try to sell me service! People! Go to the REAL AT&T store!! These people won't help you at all and if they do get you a phone, they won't help you configure it! read more

I have had a number of dealings with this store in Granbury TX over the past 7 or 8 years and every time I have been in there, they have helped me through the issue I was dealing with -- several times where I was just needing help with something on my phone and didn't make a purchase. I was reading one of the other reviews and the guy said he went across the street to Verizon because the service was so bad here... well, there is no Verizon across the street from the Granbury location, so it appears he gave a bad review to the wrong store. Anyway, even if it was the same store, my experience is a very good one, I find them to be well trained and very helpful, and even though there is usually a line of people there, at this particular store it has been well worth the wait. Good job to all the employees at this store! (And no I'm not related to anyone there and in no way benefit from writing a good review, it has been something I've been meaning to do and when I was searching for their phone number online, it was right in front of me, and an opportune time especially in light of the negative comments.) read more
