Bought online upgrade IPhone 17e for both me and my husband a week ago. Tonight when using our phones to make a call to our car dealership with a problem, the call went through and we could hear them but they could not hear us. My husband on each of our phones tried the call three times and the same thing happened the Dealership could not hear us. Went to the ATT store across from Walmart and the person in charge told us that we needed to call Apple, because this was a problem with our new iPhones and this was not an ATT problem. He didn't want to deal with this issue annd walked away to sit at the other side of the store and didn't seem to want to assist us with our problem. After 30 minutes of talking to Apple at this store over WiFi (since the only way we could talk to anyone was over WiFi) and another 30 minutes talking to Apple over the phone at our home it was decided it was not an Apple problem, but an ATT problem. Called ATT main number and to make a 2 hour episode short, both of our IPhones just needed to have the Network Settings Reset. now everything is working perfect. Very scary that this store didn't even suggest to do this since they are a representative of ATT. All the person in charge seemed to want to do is get us out of his store and was very unprofessional. My suggestion is not to go to this store for anything because you are not going to get the expertise needed from this store.
