They practice bait and switch business practice and if you have any issue with that don't expect any help or they will call police

Do not recommend this store or AT&T anymore. I used to have the $45/month unlimited prepaid phone…read morefor a few years and never had any issues until my phone broke and I had to get a new one. I was told they don't offer the iPhones anymore on this prepaid plan inshore and I couldn't wait to order a phone online - I had to get a phone that day. The manager of the store, Judy, was pretty nice and got me set up on a plan I was told was also not a contract (turns out it is) and with a "free" iPhone 7 as part of a back to school special. I was told the cost of my plan would be $70 including tax and that the special (the phone being free) would take a couple of months to become effective. My first couple of bills had the $15 charge for the phone itself, but when I received my third bill, it was still there. So I called to ask Judy why the deal hadn't taken effect yet, why am I paying for a phone I was told would be free? Also, Going from $45/month to $70/month was hard enough for my budget, now it's stuck at $96 something and this is not what I wanted or what I was told I would be getting. She told me I'd have to talk to ATT retention. I talk to someone there and they point out how lovely it is for a store manager to expect them to fix her mess up, but then tells me I'll have to talk to the store manager again because each store has their own deals and Judy will have to apply that and that retention can't help me. I also talked to someone else in customer service before I talked to retention and this guy told me I'd have to talk to the store manager also and not just an associate, and I told him that I bought my phone from a store manager and had been dealing with her since and he told me no I hadn't, that definitely was not a manager. So I even called back and what DO YOU KNOW, she is the manager. So that guy told me to call the store manager. I did. She said theres nothing she can do, call retention. I call retention. Nothing they can do, they say call the store manager. I call her AGAIN and there's apparently nothing she can do. How does no one in this company know what the heck is going on? I spent 3 hours on the phone last week being told I can't be helped by each party. Is there not anyone that knows how to fix a problem? This has been the most ridiculous experience and now I'm stuck in a plan I didnt want with a phone I wouldn't have gotten had it not been "free". I will say the manager has still been pretty nice, but there has still been no resolve of the issue. Stear clear from here. I'd rather get a carrier pigeon to deliver handwritten letters to people for me than deal with this nonsense ever again.

Still have not received my "free iPad" for the promotion after buying a brand new iPhone and glass…read morescreen. Anyone else had this problem?

If you have a billing issue or a phone problem with an existing account, don't bother walking in--they have zero interest in providing solutions for loyal customers. They never have phones in stock for existing customers, yet they are happy to "find" them if it involves a new line of service. It is a "no-help" zone for anyone already on a plan. The staff is unfriendly and dismissive. The breaking point was when the salesperson actually recommended that I go to a different company instead of helping me resolve my issue. If the staff is telling customers to switch to a competitor because they can't be bothered to do their jobs, then this location has no reason to be open. Save your time and head to a corporate store that actually values your business, because this one certainly does not.

If you have a new neighborhood, not much you can do until your HOA can have a vote. In my opinion, Home Telco's value for high-speed bandwidth for the money is very poor. Pricing in this industry is always partially-fixed like gas stations on a major intersection, so you're really just looking at service as the differentiator. Tech guys are very nice and conscientious. That is a big plus. Phone support is based out of Moncks Corner, and hit-or-miss. 1 of 4 calls is handled well. The other 3 phone reps act like they've never heard of the services they provide. It would be comical if I didn't work out of my house and depend on Internet reliability. Website tech support? Your grandmother's blog is better than their website. What, your grandmother doesn't have a blog? It's still better than their website. (edit: maybe they read my review because they re-did the website. My Grandma is still talking smack because it's still awful) These guys seem to be getting all new neighborhoods so you don't have to worry about it. Knology was always pretty good when I had them.

Mind you last week contractors came and already added the line to my house and they still have yet to establish service, and yes I called again but got the same response. Possibly the worst experience I've had with any Internet company to date. If ANY other service was in the area I would have already opted with them. PS they say they will no longer offer standard Internet only fiber Internet. Yes I asked thinking it would be faster but that's what they said. Moncks Corner btw.
