The sign outside says new management so I am confused on how I got horrible service from the "new manager". I came in to trade phones in but to my surprise the process in this store was different from what I was told by our original sales person. I asked what was the process to cancel our lines since there was so many discrepancies with what the sales person originally told us. "Jazz" told me that since it was over 14 days that he could not cancel our service. When I asked what the process was to cancel he told me he also didn't know that. To be a manger for AT&T I would think that you'd be trained on all policies and procedures so that you can give the best service to your customers. I do not mind calling customer service but to tell me you know NOTHING about the cancellation process and to roll your eyes and chuckle when I (the customer) is visibly upset is appalling. There was no sympathy in the fact that I was a confused customer. Jazz never tried to fully explain any of the discrepancies. It was just a straight "I dont do that here and there is nothing I can do to help" Looking at the past reviews you would think that they would hire someone that is willingly to go the extra mile and offer great customer service. But unfortunately, Jazz has proved that to be untrue. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone and I would not recommend any company to hire "Jazz" either. If I could give zero stars I would but the minimum is one. read more

Boom. This salesman was pumped and ready to go. I wish I could remember his name , but he was a newer employee that seemed really excited to be with ATT. The entire expereince was explained with ease as we planned the purchase of a cell phone for a 9 year old. The entire thing was seamless and very personable and not that usually elbow in the back cell phone sales shit we are used to. read more

I came in around the first week of December 2016 with my wife and two boys. We decided to switch over from Verizon to AT&T. We went in on a weekday morning (recommended) as there was nobody in the store except us and the saleswoman. Her name was Danielle and she was/is FANTASTIC. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us excellent customer service. The entire switch over took a good 2 hours and she was nothing but helpful for my wife and I and getting us situated. She helped us out on cell phones, accessories, internet and DIRECTV. This was a first class experience and I would recommend this store to a friend for sure. I will start by saying the store did not close until 8 p.m. and we showed up at the store around 6:30 p.m. Saturday December 1st. The door was locked but all the lights were on so we figured maybe someone was taking a bathroom break (no biggie). We were waiting outside for about 30 minutes as other customers walked up they ended up leaving as nobody was there. A man with dark hair (wouldn't give us his name) finally walked up. He told us he left the store for a break. I asked him if he is allowed to do this leaving nobody at the store to assist customers. He immediately cut me off and got defensive and told me he didn't need to explain it to me and I could leave the store and gave major attitude which was not only insanely rude in the first place but also unprofessional. I explained to him that he was on the job and I'm not and he doesn't need to speak to me that way. I told him that I understood everyone needs a break and all his excuse was that he had been in the store all day and nobody came in. We asked that he perhaps put a sign up next time or something but in all my days I have never been treated so horribly by someone who is there to serve customers. read more
