This location has been through a lot of staff in the past 5 years. Some were cool. Some were…read morearrogant meatheads. But most were knowledgeable. The thing that I've always struggled with in the past was they were definitely biased. Were they pressured to push the GNC brand and other new products? Most likely... And that's one of the reasons I stopped going here. There were many times that I bought a GNC brand or new product and once I got home and did my research, it turned out not to be all that the salesperson made it out to be. The second issue that I've had was the price. I understand it's hard for stores to compete against the internet, but for the longest, GNC would offset that by having sales, reasonably priced memberships, and always giving away free samples of various things with your purchase. For whatever reason it seems like they changed all of of that a couple of years ago. But fast forward to now and I feel like the old GNC is back. And with a better team. My last two interactions were with Timothy. He's knowledgeable and I feel that he's honest and not biased. Between Timothy's excellent customer service GNCs ramped up sales/ coupons, I see myself visiting this store more often. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the selection at this store is not as large as some of the other stores. Note to GNC, get a few more people like Timothy and please turn this store into a gym store.
