Eric and Donna are intelligent and they know their stuff. They know their devices and they know the juices they sell. The best part of my visit is the education! I learned how to tell the difference between real and copycat quality products, today. Eric explained it all the way down to how parts are machined. When I got my first rig, Donna explained wattage and ohms to me with regard to coils and how it affects my experience with vape juices. I walk into their shop with my cup empty because they fill it with new knowledge every time and I'm always impressed with their level of service. That, and they're genuinely sweet people! I've been lucky enough to find two great shops in a row while on leave. Visiting the Charleston area for the great gig in the sky, and dropped in here after visiting PSA across the lot. What a great shop all around; not just great owner/operator, but even great customers (human and canine alike :). The second you walk in it's obvious that this is a shop that really cares about doing the best they can, and they have a great selection of juices, hardware and accessories. The vibe is that of your favorite neighborhood bar - everyone in there is just genuinely nice, and all the customers all seem to know each other and it has just a great, warm neighborly vibe to it. Like all the great vape shops I've been to (including my hometown one) the owner really went out of his way to explain some of the technology to me. I wanted some juice, and he let me sample several ones before settling on some, and he also sold me some cotton and accessories and taught me how to use them. This the first time I've used commercial juice as my shop back home makes their own, and man I'm blown away. The owner told me that they "vote in" all their juices and anything that doesn't make the cut gets dropped, and I believe it. I'm currently vaping on some Mango that is just incredible ... I'll be damned if I"m not eating fresh sliced perfectly ripe mango. The chocolate mocha one is fantastic as well, and I've already used the accessories he sold me and the training he gave me to maintain my own equipment. The vaping industry is relatively new and the vast majority of shops are independent, privately owned and operated ones and it makes me proud to see so many excellent family ran American businesses. This one is no different than the other great ones I've visited; the pride in ownership is obvious from the second you step in. Even though I live many miles away from Charleston I kept their business card so I can mail order some stuff in the future. If you're in the area and vape I would recommend this shop very wholeheartedly. Note: I usually only give out a max of 4 stars on a single visit, because I feel like 5 stars should be reserved for consistent excellent experience. I actually visited this shop twice, and received consistently great service - I have no problem handing out a 5 star. read more

I go to E-Cigs Depot at least once a week! The e-juices are by far the best you will ever try. SOO Flavorful! They have many flavors and they let you try the juices to find the ones you like best. Eric is so knowledgeable about all the different ecigs and can find what fits you the most. read more
