Went in to pick up a phone I ordered online, unfortunately the one they had in stock was…read moresold/reserved for someone else. Supposedly Verizon doesn't look at already reserved phones when it states they are "in stock". I had asked the employee about possibly a different color phone, they said that isn't the phone I ordered so they would have to cancel the current order and re do it. Which they seemed displeased about. Then out of left field one employee that was sitting in the corner across the store yelled ..."why do you think you didn't get the pick up ready email?" Well probably because I wasn't aware there was one. Also if you knew you didn't have the phone I ordered, knew I was supposed to pick it up, a phone call or something would have been great so I didn't have waste my lunch hour. Over all bad experience, employees were rude and unprofessional, store looks like it's in shambles with cabinet doors falling off.

Was vacationing in the area and dropped and shattered my phone. Found this place and brought the…read morephone in to be fixed. Everybody was exceptional. Was greeted at the door, phone was fixed quickly, within an hour, and for a reasonable price. They took the time to show me hot to protect the phone going forward - really above and beyond. Frustratingly, the new screen failed just a few days later (from what I can find online this can happen). I contacted them on Yelp and they responded positively within hours. All in all a great experience - I wouldn't hesitate to go back
