They constantly lie to you and f you over to get you to get Verizon. Go somewhere else. Insane prices and make sure what the are saying to you is in paper before you sign anything. read more

Went in to pick up a phone I ordered online, unfortunately the one they had in stock was sold/reserved for someone else. Supposedly Verizon doesn't look at already reserved phones when it states they are "in stock". I had asked the employee about possibly a different color phone, they said that isn't the phone I ordered so they would have to cancel the current order and re do it. Which they seemed displeased about. Then out of left field one employee that was sitting in the corner across the store yelled ..."why do you think you didn't get the pick up ready email?" Well probably because I wasn't aware there was one. Also if you knew you didn't have the phone I ordered, knew I was supposed to pick it up, a phone call or something would have been great so I didn't have waste my lunch hour. Over all bad experience, employees were rude and unprofessional, store looks like it's in shambles with cabinet doors falling off. read more

I went to this business to purchase a new phone. I was told that I was eligible for a promotion and my phone would be free. I was also told that my monthly bill would stay the same or be lower with a new plan. I signed my life away. Another lie, I was told that my current chargers would not work with my new phone and I needed to buy two new chargers, one for home and one for car, to the tune of $75. So with that, fees, taxes, etc, I paid them $220.00 that day. Let me say that my current chargers are working fine, so...return the two that I bought. THEN, comes my Verizon bill. The first one is $196. This is because I am on a new plan. I call, they NEVER answer the phone. So I have to drive there to talk to a human. They explain to me that now I am on a new plan and there are transfer fees so the next one will be back to normal ($50 ish per month). So now second bill, $129. I call Verizon directly. Oh, this is the rate for your new plan for you to have a "free" phone. So, about $400 later, I straighten things out with Verizon. I am paying for the phone but my monthly bill is back to normal. This business entirely misrepresented the transaction. They have ZERO customer service and I will tell everyone I know that they are shady and dishonest business people. read more

Samantha was excellent and very patient. There was an issue with the payment processor that took a couple of hours to resolve. She did it! The whole staff was very friendly. During my wait I saw how they talked to other customers, and they were very courteous no matter what level of "tech savvy" the customers had. I am grateful this store is here. Verizon website has a terrible UX/UI. This is an example of where working with an actual human being trumps technology, especially if the issue is technology related. Thank you. read more

It's great when the owner likes to hide from customers with real phone issues so the young, efficient, capable employee can do the heavy lifting and resolve the issue, then not lift up their head when you say goodbye and thank you, just hoping you'd leave and not bother them again. And what's ironic is that they make the highest salary in the store. Too bad it works that way. read more

The associates here are really pushy. If they don't feel as though you're going to purchase an expensive phone from them (smart phone), then they will ignore you for other customers that they think they can make money on. When I did purchase a phone from them one of their employees put an extra 30$ fee onto my bill without telling me. It took my family several months to realize and get the charge off of the bill. The person "assisting" me did nothing of the kind! He had an attitude problem the size of Texas! He was nosy, asking how much I had paid for my phone, deflecting when I asked him to just follow through on my request to change over my info from one phone to another . Yes, I understand there is a charge for that, I am not five years old. He was rude and obnoxious, I finally asked for my phone back and went all the way to Henrietta, where I was graciously helped and out of there quickly, and I might add, with No Charge! I will NEVER set foot in the Geneseo location again, even though it is local to me. The man needs to be reprimanded or fired for his lack of customer service! read more

Went to the Geneseo Verizon with my sister hoping to get her a new phone and combine our separate Verizon accounts to save money. An employee there, Jakob spent a while with us answering all our questions, got us combined on one plan saving us money, we're both retired. My sister got a new phone that was just right for her and Jakob was knowledge about all the different plans and he was very efficient. Breath of fresh air to find such good customer service. read more
