I have always wanted one since ages ago when my brother's wife had shown me one she had. With time off I took a little road trip this garden and was pleasantly surprised. There are two driveways directly off the road, one towards the main building and the second at the end of the greenhouse. You can walk directly into the greenhouse or through the main building. Inside the main building you will find a variety of house plants, fairy garden supplies, garden tools, etc. The majority of outdoor plants you will find in the green house however tropical houseplants will also be outside. While I was there a thunderstorm rolled through, be a tad careful as when the roof vents are open you will get a little wet in the rain. They weren't very busy for a Tuesday afternoon however all the staff was friendly and when I was ready it was an easy check out. Although out of my way I would consider coming back.

I will give the actual manager of the Batavia store credit, because he was very nice and…read moreunderstanding. however country max customer service in total, epic fail and I will never give them my business again. we bought a bearded dragon around Christmas time. the lizard was thriving. probably about a week ago we order a batch of crickets. since you can order them in bulk. we got notification they were in. picked them up. gave them to our lizard. noticed he started acting odd. then went out for the day. came home and noticed he has unfortunately passed. i am blaming the crickets because it just so happened, sadly my mother in laws skink died. within the same day as our lizard. the only thing I'm coming, was the crickets. so called the corporate number. Someone said they would get back to me. They definitely got back to me. At first the conversation was going well and then all of sudden the corporate manager that deals with the reptiles of country max decided to pretty much say we do not know how to take care of our lizard. Said how it couldn't be the crickets. Well she definitely heard the change in my voice. She rudely began to say how I barely know you so I can't excuse of anything. I said how I don't appreciate you speaking to me that way and I would like more than just a refund of crickets. She said I guess I can work something out. Maybe half off a new lizard but this isn't the time to buy a lizard. I said at this point with how you're treating me I would appreciate just a full refund of everything so I can take my business else ware. At this point she wants nothing to do with conversation anymore and tells me best wishes. at this point I call back corporate and ask for the bigger boss. The next morning I was emailed, with scattered wording, saying the cake plate wasn't available, to call if I would like to place another order. I called as soon as I read the message and asked for 2 other types of arrangements I saw online and was told she didn't have them in her list(?) So, needing to get something delivered quickly I asked her for a birthday vase with pastel roses, white carnations, and whatever she thought was a nice presentation. My daughter appreciated and thanked me for the bouquet in the vase, however when I saw a picture of it I couldn't believe there were 4 light pink roses, a mass of bright yellow dandelion looking weed flowers, and mini orange iris type flowers - UCKY!! I was thankful for the morning delivery, and the exact card I selected was a saving grace, and the mylar balloon looked like it came off a clown suit! "Roll the dice" if you want, but I will not be ordering from Stage Coach Florist in Batavia in the future. UPDATE: Then I receive 2 voice messages the following day saying my card declined because they didn't ask for the cvv on their website or on the phone. OMG!
