Kids like it for the used games, but the employees are a$$holes. Unfortunately, we have to go back there because our kids got gift cards (we'll probably end up going to one closer to Rochester this time...) but holy crap. My husband and I went in and asked a simple question. The one guy was nice, ginger, glasses, he seemed new (maybe seasonal) because I'd never seen him in there before. He was willing to check the shipment they'd just gotten in. But then the other guy, long gray hair in a pony tail with glasses, came over and was like "OMG NO WE CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE GETTING VIOLENT OVER THIS CLASSIC SNES AND IT'S SO DANGEROUS FOR US AND WE'LL DIE." .... seriously? {We ended up going over to target and bought one there.} This isn't the first time this long hair hippie was a jerk to us. I don't know if he's the manager, but he needs to NOT be working there anymore. Dude is like 40 and he NEVER STOPS TALKING. He draws everything out, when all you need is a "Yes" or "No." He thinks he's being polite, he's just seriously obnoxious. The past few months, we'd go in every now and then just to ask if they had the SNES in, and every time he was there and he'd go on and on for 10 minutes about how they don't have any in stock. Okay, that's cool. I JUST ASKED. All he had to do was say, "No, sorry." He was extremely rude to my husband, who is a Marine Corp Combat Veteran, for no reason what so ever. We will NEVER go back to the store in Batavia until THAT GUY is gone... or ever. Fuck you guys, we'll go to Target. read more
