I transferred…read morefrom ATT to Verizon showed up at the store and the sales rep had no clue about any promos or even line discount and had to constantly walk to the back for answers. there are at least 7 Verizon employees working but only two were helping customers. our rep messed everything on the account up resulting in me having to call and fix everything. we wait 20 mins before confronting her and her telling me we are good to go which we weren't. I also told her I didn't want the device protection plan but it was added to my account anyways. lastly the bill she showed me isn't even in the same price range as my actual bill. now I've spent the last 2 days trying to fix everything and get both my lines up and working. This store is absolute dumpster fire of a store and Verizon should send someone to come retrain these employees.

If you're looking for a good phone and a good wireless plan, they can sell you one and are very…read morehelpful. If you need help with a broken screen, they will lie to you and sell you a new upgraded phone. Mislead by sales associate and then flat out lied to by the manager. I was told by the manager that the screen for my phone was on backorder and would result in at least a 7-10 day turnaround to mail in and most likely a full replacement deductible. I called Asurion (insurance for ATT) the same day and was given 3 UBREAKIFIX stores that had the screen I needed and would be able to fix within a few hours for a $29 deductible All of this after upgrading, new case, new screen protector, charger bundle, paying off old phone and going to The Pod Drop down the street as suggested by sales associate where I paid $165.00 to fix screen never once told about the $29 screen repair option. I called the stores and asked them to physically check for the screen to make sure it was there. I also reserved one to have an insurance claim on file so I would have proof that the screen was available the same day the MANAGER told me the screen was on backorder everywhere. Again, if you need a new phone & plan they can help. If you need help with existing phones call corporate which is what I did to finally get some customer service and report the incident.

Contrary to what the owner, Charles, might say, this is exactly what was communicated. He will claim he said it would be three hours of work, but that is not how it was presented. From the start, Charles failed to take inventory of the parts I brought, so he missed that I forgot a CPU bracket. Instead of catching this early, it was discovered days later-after Charles had already taken personal days off and done nothing with my system. Being sick is understandable, but when you promise a timeline, you should meet it or at least communicate clearly. Throughout the process, Charles ignored my calls and texts- sometimes even leaving them on read-while my unfinished PC sat untouched. When he finally looked at the parts, he said several were incompatible and told me what to order. I did so immediately, and the new parts arrived within two days. He then promised it would be ready by the weekend. It wasn't. Then he said Monday. Still not done. When I finally insisted on picking up my PC, it looked like it hadn't been touched all morning. He had made it sound like all that was left was installing drivers, but the cable management was a mess, the graphics card wasn't installed, and both radiator fans from my CPU cooler were missing-one stuffed in a box, the other oddly mounted to the back of the case. When I booted it up, the CPU temperature instantly spiked over 200°F-an absurdly unsafe temperature for a "nearly finished" build. When I first brought the computer in, Charles told me how much he "loves this shit." Apparently, that includes loving to rip people off. He originally quoted me $150, but later- without finishing the job- charged me $200, after also saying he "wasn't gonna *rape* me out of my money." To make things worse, he doesn't even build the PCs himself; he has a so-called "genius" come in to do the work. Some genius, King PC Solutions wasted my time, communicated poorly, misrepresented progress, and returned my PC in an unsafe condition. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

What I got were plenty of promises and absolutely no results. After my laptops were in King's care with no remedies, I demanded their return. After repeated phone calls without any response, I finally received a text from King's owner offering to leave my devices outside the business for me to retrieve. Anyone who does business with King can expect poor service __ make that incompetence. My unanswered phone calls made me fear my laptops were stolen. Clearly, my experience convinced me King PC Solutions is an imposter masquerading as a business.
