I transferred…read morefrom ATT to Verizon showed up at the store and the sales rep had no clue about any promos or even line discount and had to constantly walk to the back for answers. there are at least 7 Verizon employees working but only two were helping customers. our rep messed everything on the account up resulting in me having to call and fix everything. we wait 20 mins before confronting her and her telling me we are good to go which we weren't. I also told her I didn't want the device protection plan but it was added to my account anyways. lastly the bill she showed me isn't even in the same price range as my actual bill. now I've spent the last 2 days trying to fix everything and get both my lines up and working. This store is absolute dumpster fire of a store and Verizon should send someone to come retrain these employees.

The price that The Pod Drop charged was comparable to the Apple Store minus all the Apple Store diagnostic fees. After all the frustration from the Apple Store my husband was a little hesitant to try The Pod Drop. Sal was very professional. He immediately looked at his phone and diagnosed the issue without charging a diagnostic fee. He had the needed part on hand. He was able to fix it in an hour. We definitely should have gone to see Sal first. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family for any phone problems.

I had odd issues, I'm a senior, Android user, and consider myself to be reasonably tech savvy. The first time i went in, 2 of the techs worked together to help me. There was no wait time. Today, I walked in and Derek was on the floor in a moment; again- no wait! I switched from Verizon to AT&T after 19 years because of customer service. This was a long running glitch. I'd asked at TWO other stores in the last couple months about this very issue- a pop up RE: mobile data and was told it was nothing. Derek made it go away. It's really important to me that techs include me in the troubleshooting- I love to learn and am very independent, and Derek was very respectful of that.
