Earning addtional stars is for actions/things above & beyond. Service seems to be evaporating in most businesses these days. Especially as brick & morter establishments try to compete on price from their web competitors, service is costly to provide and often the number, and quality, of staff is dimished in order to have more competitive prices. Mortimer has excellent, knowledgable staff that listens to what you want. Over the course of 3 visits and a couple of telephone conversations, I've found the people that I've dealt with professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The measure of a good business is what happens when things don't go as expected, when things take an unexpected turn. I am impressed with way that Mortimer does business, while I return again to complete the project, I suspect that I'll continue to return again and again. To be updated...
