After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Most recently, I had my battery die and my brakes go out on me twice. Tuffy sent Chuck out to help me out with my battery even on a Saturday (it happened across the street at Kroger) and saved me on a tow.
